Less than one star! Avoid this company at all costs! My girlfriend, and I got stranded at Civitavecchia after the driver, who barely spoke English, picked up the wrong passengers! When I called him, I found out that no credentials were checked at pick up, and he refused to help, despite my sending him EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION I HAD, CONFIRMING HE HAD THE WRONG PASSENGERS!!! We could not get a hold of the company either, Roma E travel, despite calling both of their listed numbers over 10 times! All this, despite the fact that they had confirmed by email and text message the night before. All we received was a curt, shallow email with a thinly veiled apology over four hours later. We ended up having to haggle with the drivers of illegal taxis, who completely took advantage of us, and extorted a good amount of money, just to get out of the port. I highly recommend avoiding those taxi services at the port also, by the way!

Our driver was on time. Very nice. Her vehicle was very small for 6 people and all the very large luggage. The luggage shifted during the ride and fell out of the back when the door was opened to drop us at our hotel.

Ride was fine, but we had li tied time in Rome, and our driver was over an hour late. I did enjoy getting a view of the countryside.

Don’t deserve a 1 but no option to choose a zero! We cruised the Mediterranean for a week and I scheduled s ride from port to our hotel when hit off the ship. After paying $332 for a party of 4 to get from the port to Rome our car did not show up! We waited and called the number on my paperwork and no answer. After an hour I received an email from Viator telling me the driver was not coming that he had an emergency with another passenger. Told me to get a taxi and I would receive a refund. It cost us another $300 to get to our hotel from the port. Viator processed a refund for 1/2 of my money. Now I have to go to battle for the other 1/2 of my refund. They never showed up but think they are going to keep 1/2 my money??? Bad business practice.

I do not recommend this tour operator! The listed phone numbers did not work, they could not be contacted and they did not show up for my pickup. We waited an hour and were continuously calling/texting operator with no response and no show. We eventually had to just take a taxi. Viator was helpful in responding and resolving the issue.

Our driver was ready and waiting on time when we disembarked, helped us with our bags but didn’t speak English very well. Traffic is crazy and FAST! He was very aggressive and ended up getting in to an accident, not major but did delay our arrival to what was the wrong hotel only to make us walk to the correct one! No tip for him!
