Day 1: Visit the City Of Kings and Queens Tour + Lunch or Dinner in Local restaurant +Larco Herrera Museum Tour
Get acquainted with the Peruvian capital, and learn about when it was founded in 1535 and became the "City Of The Kings."
Wewillpick you up fromCallao Port and take you on a fascinating walking tour in our historical center. Along with our expert local guide, we will take youon a special route around the center! Some stops include the palaces and castles hiding in our city, the great San Francisco Cathedral, and the amazing underground Catacombs!
For sure we won't miss to visit the most important square in the whole country: The Plaza de armas!Other great places you will visit are: the Wall Park, the Train Station Palace, the unique old fashioned "Cordano Bar", the Jiron del Union Pathway, the first Fotoshop Palace in southmerica, the Post Office Palace, the Dominicans Tower, the Historical Rimac Bridge and lovely sourrounded wooden balconies, and the next big project in the city: the underwater subway!
Larco Herrera Museum Tour: After lunch. We will visted, the Larco Museum showcases remarkable chronological galleries providing an excellent overview on 3000 years of development of Peruvian pre-Columbian history. Located in a unique vice-royal mansion of the 18th century built over a 7th century pre-Columbian pyramid and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The museum features the finest gold and silver collection from Ancient Peru and a famous erotic archaeological collection.Duration: Aprox 8 Hours.
Day 2: 'The Lima's Colors & flavors Tour + Love Park (Food Tour)
The pick up will be at 9am. (Not available in the afternoon)
This "colorful tour" uncovers all of the local hidden places that Peruvian locals go to. During the tour, we visit a variety of fun locations and have the opportunity to taste Peru's yummy flavors. You will visit two different, but equally wonderful local districts of Lima that are non-touristy.
