Great guide from Green Tours. This tour should be titled Hilo tour with volcano nit waterfall!!! We spent most time at volcano and lave fields small amount of time at waterfall.

The host of this trip was excellent. However, the booking company is terrible. We spent about an hour driving to and from the airport to drop off a couple who was scheduled to do a Helicopter Tour, which was not part of this Tour. Additionally, the tour said they were going to the Gardens in Hilo and we didn’t see one. The other stops were great and the Tour guide was great. It just seemed poorly planned by the travel company who oversees these tours.

Bad weather was just the luck of the draw, however, the vehicle was an older Toyota van that was noisy making it hard to hear the guide. Make sure what the vehicle you will be riding in before you book it

Karen was a excellent tour host. Her know was on point. She made us feel welcome, educated us on the history of Hawaii, taught us new words, and told us about the multiple languages here including pigeon… to top it off Michael cracked a coconut for us. I would recommend this trip to anyone coming to the big island. Oh yeah, I forgot Karen recommended a dinner location in kona called Quinn’s almost by the sea. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
