Overview

This share tour is particularly recommended for those who love nature. It is unique due to the services and characteristics that it offers. The first portion covers the North of Buenos Aires and after arriving to Tigre and having a little snack you will get to know San Isidro's Old Town before heading back to the Cruise Port.

Your group tour is a great and unique combination of land and water. After portpickup, you will start the first portion of the tour by land as you are taken to Puerto Maderowhere you will embark.

During the one and a half hour trip you will be able to admire Buenos aires from the Rio de la Plata (River Plate), its northern areas and the channels of the Delta, whilst enjoying refreshments on board.

After the motor launch trip, a minibus will pick you up and take you to visit Paseo Victorica, the most important neighborhood in Tigre and the Puerto de frutos. You will soon find yourself in San Isidro where you will visit the towns historical center and Cathedral on foot while having a snack, and then finally you will see the citys northern areas and the Presidential Residence in Olivos, before returning to the City.

    Due to the Oceania Marina arriving in Buenos Aires late, we panicked to get to the pick up point. We were helped by great people at the Terminal Information desk. They located the driver and he came back for us. He took us directly to the tour boat actually arriving ahead of the van from the Sheraton Hotel meeting point. Great tour. Amazing insight on how people live on the river. Our guide Sabrina was wonderful. There was even a "surprise" excellent lunch that we weren't expecting. After lunch we boarded the Sheraton van that had come by another route and visited more sites. Back at the Sheraton, our great driver was there and took us back to the cruise terminal. Unbelievable service.

    We had a couple of days in Buenos Aires at the end of our cruise and decided to take this tour. We couldn't recommend it highly enough. Our tour guide was just marvellous and very knowledgeable as we first travelled through Buenos Aires city and on to the wharf where we travelled on a very comfortable boat along the River Plate and then into the fascinating Tigre Delta. At the end of our boat ride we were taken to a restaurant for a snack of delicious empanadas, and finally to the La Boca district for a wander around and a chance to do some shopping. All in all it was a most enjoyable and interesting day.

    Our tour guide was Daniella. From the moment she met us at the Cruise Terminal she was excellent, one of the best. The tour was not quite what we expected. In the delta we thought it would be nature & wildlife. Yes we saw some but it was the stilt house lifestyle that we found interesting. Daniella kept us informed all the way. A 2 hour boat trip with refreshments then lunch of varied Empanadas. Followed by visit to local market & stops on way back to Buenos Aires. Highly recommend.

    Interesting tour of a different way of living on a delta in Argentina. Tour guide was Sandra who was knowledgeable and informative. Lunch of empanadas was delicious at a very nice restaurant.

    A very good way to see the Tigre Delta area and to visit a few small towns. Pick-up was from the cruise terminal and worked well. The actual river part of the trip was on a larger boat with other groups - this was OK as the boat ride would have been somewhat rough otherwise. It was interesting to see how people live on the delta without roads and with how they dealt with flooding conditions. The land portions of the tour were OK but not extraordinary. I would recommend this tour as a way to get away with the bustle of the big city of Buenos Aires

    No suelo tomar tours en grupos porque he tenido muy malas experiencias. Sin embargo, por causas imprevistas decidí tomar uno con Signature Tours y cambiaron toda mi manera de pensar. El tour estuvo muy bueno, muy bien explicado y la guía que me tocó FLORENCE, fue la mejor del mundo. Te explicaba todo, si tenías dudas las contestaba, fue muy divertida y te daba tiempo para hacer lo que querias. El grupo no era muy grande y aún asi teníamos una van bastante comoda y grande. Si regreso a Argentina, sin dudarlo volvería a tomar un tour con ellos.
