A very bad experience. Even more dissapointing as we booked through Holidaytaxis.com whom we used in the past and found reliable and comfortable. From2 operates from Barcelona, El Prat Airport. Their desk is a good 10 minutes' of brisk walk away from the arrival terminal, that is 2 large halls away. When you present yourself at their desk they do not give out any information other than your shuttle's departure time and a location map for the shuttle. They were unwilling to tell me how many people would be sharing the shuttle or how many stops would there be before we would be at our hotel? Their 'service' was impersonal and unhelpful. We were at the From2 desk 30 minutes after landing. There we were made to wait for other flights to land to fill up a coach. From us landing to arriving at our hotel, 60 minutes away, it took 3 hours and 45 minutes. The return journey (collected at 11:30 AM for flight at 17:05) was even worse, it was absoluter horrendous. With no fresh air and no A/C to take the edge off the raging heat from the midday sun even with all the curtains drawn, tracking along local winding roads and reversing and Y turns to carry out numerous pick-ups was not for anyone with breathing difficulties or with motion sickness (I suffer from both). My husband said it felt like being on a cattle truck. Some of the seatbacks broken (at least 5) and in a permanent reclined position yet people getting on at pick up points had no choice but to take those as well as the coach was filled up completely. This service was 'delivered' to them without a word of acknowledgement from the driver. I wish Holidaytaxis had named this "third party" at the booking stage so I would have been able to find out about From2 - and chose not to go ahead with the booking.

FROM2--Jayride Barcelona—DO NOT TAKE IF YOU HAVE ANY MOBILITY ISSUES AND PLAN TO STAY IN GOTHIC QUARTER. I booked a round trip transfer from Barcelona airport to a hotel in Gothic Quarter. I knew the hotel and had seen taxis on the street before but evidently their mini van is not allowed on the street. I understand this but the problem is that they do not tell you this in advance. You arrive to airport (in my case from a 14 hour international flight) and must take a quite long shuttle bus to another terminal then go get a voucher at a From2 desk then wait for shuttle. Also I should mention that I had emailed them 3 x asking for shuttle meet up instructions. I ended up having to get the instructions from a forum as no one ever answered me. The guy at desk who worked for From2 was very rude. He even had a handwritten sign on his window that says NO INFO. While he sits behind his window not answering queries but instead playing on his phone. Thankfully I love Barcelona because it was terribly unwelcoming. This is the guy who told us we would have to walk but he said it was 5 minutes. And we had already paid so I figured 5 minutes I could do. He showed us on a map and of course very confusing since it is Old City. I asked for a map and he rudely said NO, they cannot provide. Driver came and once he dropped us off he pointed up hill and said a right, left and right. I am senior citizen with health issues and had my luggage. Once I made it I asked our hotel clerk if he could cancel the return trip for me. He tried but they said no because it was not within 48 hours and they would not refund that portion. I will never take Jayride. Maybe other cities are better but it has now soured me. All they had to do was tell me beforehand and I would have made other arrangements.

A FUIR vraiment.

We knew the journey to the hotel would be 1.5 hrs but what we didn’t know is we had to wait outside at the bus stop for 3 hrs for the transfer to start. Ever had that before!

Didn't even pick us up for the return transfer. Had to make our own way after being put on hold, having the phone out down and then being told it was our fault. We were at the pick up point 20 mins early and no one came to pick us up Absolute scam of a company, if you book via onthebeach and have this company prepare a back up plan, just read the online reviews. After all this time you would think they would be happy to delivery good customer service, I hope they go out of business

Was quite a long winded transfer stopping at pretty much every hotel on the way. I travelled with 2 children (age 5 and 2), who both found themselves fed up, bored and tired a little over half way. I would probably consider flying to Gerona Airport next time to reduce the transfer time.
