  • Absolutely disappointing tour. Pretty sure the provider has special deals to share profits from the tourists in the locations they bring you to. The guide did not say more than 100 words the entire time and offered no real culture or historical knowledge. The only thing he could say about the temple was that it was the largest in Phuket.
They brought me to a cashew factory that was basically a tourist trap where you are harassed into buying the nuts or dried fruit.
They then brought me to a so called jewelry factory which seemed promising with a few halls of historical exhibits, but I was rushed through these halls into a jewelry purchasing room by a pushy attendant. They force you to try things on and when they realize that you will not buy anything, quickly change from fake charm to rude and push you into the gift shop with absurdly priced cheap Thai souvenirs.
When arriving at Old Phuket town, the guide just lets you explore but does not give you any context about the location.
I would not recommend this tour to anyone, even for 20 bucks.
