After many years and several trips to Singapore it was a wonderful experience to learn the history and facts of the buildings and areas that I had seen many times in passing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate and made the tour fun.

Great tour about some of the history of Singapore as the city developed from a fishing village to the high rise city it is today. She also shared information about how the city is run today, e.g. court system. The tour guide, Wei Wei, was excellent. She had an unbelievable set of facts and dates in her knowledge base that she shared freely. She was always conscientious of our physical placement, e.g. in shade, to keep us a cool as possible. I would recommend the tour.

I was very lucky as our guide Carol and my group were all happy to take extra time and so we had a long tour full of interesting information and places.

We expected more history but perhaps Singapore has demolished most of the traces of colonialism to make way for new high rises.
