    Our driver was waiting for us as we exited immigration at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. He helped us with our luggage and took us directly to our hotel. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

    Booked an early pick up from cruise centre as we were being picked up from hotel. Agent was 10 minutes late and we only found him by chance as the company does not have a desk at the centre. We then had to wait for another couple who were late coming off the ship,which meant we left the centre 40 minutes later than we wanted to. Very stressful. Would take a taxi next time.

    We arrived an hour earlier than expected. We called the phone number listed on our voucher and were told where to wait for our driver. He arrived within 30 minutes and took us to our hotel. It was a wonderful ride cross town with the driver commenting on the sights we passed. This was quick and efficent.

    We cleared immigration earlier than expected but driver arrived very swiftly, also ahead of schedule so was able to get us to our hotel ahead of schedule. Good experience all round.

    Terminal was very busy and took us a little time to locate the meeting sign.

    Picked up on time and all luggage loaded onto vehicle by our driver. Shared the transfer with another couple who had just left the ship and were going to a different hotel. Great service and comfortable vehicle. Would recommend

    I really did not use the service: confusion on my part. I wanted to write a review because the company called me at my hotel to make sure I was OK! They wanted to make sure they could do anything to make up for the missed connection. I truly appreciated the call and the concern. Everyone should know that this service really cared enough to follow-up with me. It was all my fault.

    We had to wait a long time, close to an hour, for a driver to come. I realize that there were a lot of people, but we did make these arrangements at least a month ahead.
