Know More about this tour

Book your Snow Park ticket and make your own way to Ski Dubai. Then, head inside and enjoy the fun.

Use your Polar Pass to enter this family-friendly snow world: the worlds largest indoor snow park. Once inside, put on your supplied thermal jacket and boots and helmets for kids under 13 and throw yourself into the action-packed zone that's separate from Ski Dubais ski slopes.

Feel the chill of the 30F (-1C) temperature inside the park and enjoy the activities at your own pace, trying everything from the twin-track bobsled run to tobogganing and more, all in a magical, wintry setting.

Race along the bobsled tracks, toboggan down the slopes, play the interactive games in the ice cavern, and throw snowballs in the snowball gallery. Plus, build snowmen with the kids, climb to the observation tower for great views of Ski Dubais ski runs, and enjoy unlimited use of the chairlift.

Take a spin on the Giant Snowball: an inflatable, transparent ball that you can ride down the hillside! Climb into the bubble-like ball, hold tight and tumble down the slopes. Your ticket also includes a ride down the Mountain Thriller, a massive slide traveling from the top of Ski Dubai to the very bottom.

You'll also enjoy the regular snowfalls, when fresh snowflakes float down from above, and the enchanting March of the Penguins, when Ski Dubai's resident penguins waddle across the park at scheduled times during the day.

Refuel with snacks and drinks (own expense) at the Ice Caf before taking to the snow again.

Please note: This ticket does not include entrance to Ski Dubais ski area.

  • Great experience and LOTS OF FUN!!!!

  • A must see in dubai! Get there early to avoid long lines! Very worth it though. Dress warm.

  • bring your own winter clothes and shoes if possible. your feet and ears will easily get frozen.
do not expect to spend more than 3h, however it was fun!

  • This tour was amazing!

  • This is a great complex with lots to do for families, particularly those with young children. After presenting proof of our booking to the very patient, helpful member of staff, my wife and I were kitted out ski boots, skis, gloves, snow shoes and thermals Word to the wise, bring a scarf and hat as the cold does get to you after a while. We entered into the complex which very impressive and huge! My immediate impression was that most of the Polar Pass activities are aimed at a younger audience. Undeterred, I tackled the snow equivalent of a water slide in a large rubber doughnut. Whilst fun it was over too quick and when I commented as such, a member of staff beckoned me towards to the 'Mountain Thriller'. Now this looks more like it I thought. We rode the chairlift to the top of the complex and the helpful member of staff asked me to read some instructions on the wall, gave me a helmet and sat me in a dingy type raft. With a large smile he gave me a shove and off I went, descending through the various twists and turns. Unfortunately, I just didn't get that adrenaline rush and feeling of impending doom I had expected, which would have elevated the Mountain Thriller from good to awesome! My main reason for being at the complex was to have my first ever ski lesson, so anything which followed would always have lots to live up to. As such I didn't feel inclined to visit the penguins, or go into the snowball globe. which is not to say it didn't look fun. If your into slides, spinning globes and things that zip along then this is definitely for you.

  • A good way to spend a morning or afternoon if you are not an experienced skier. The penguins were gorgeous. Our family had fun playing in the snow, it was great for a novelty. We had to go all the way to Dubai from Australia to see snow!

  • This was the highlight of our Dubai experience. We upgraded our pass to interact with the penguins and it did not disappoint. I would suggest hand warmers and toe warmers, a ski hat and extra socks and gloves as it is -4 degrees in there. Enjoy!

  • I was pretty let down by this experience it really didn't live up to my expectations as it was basically aimed at children. It was also a farce in ques as there was no structure and people were pushing in left, right and centre. Complete chaos!

  • Once we arrive and got through the ticket collection we were given boots, socks, trousers and snow jackets- you need to bring your own gloves or can purchase in site. I went with my siblings and we had great bonding time while experiencing what the Polar Pass has to offer. We got to see ice sculpting, try out the snowball-globe , went on bobsled, toboggan and took the chairlift up to the cafe and had a hot chocolate while watching the skiing and snowboarding. We upgraded our tickets to include the zip-line over the slopes! Many of the activities are aimed for children/ families, adults can have fun here too.

  • it was a great experience booking from viator... I have recommended this to many of my friends for holiday and travel booking
