Lovely tour! Met our tour guide close to the tower and the rest of the group, we got to skip the very very VERY long line right away and headed straight to the top. We learned some great info and got tickets for the Lourve.... I deducted one star because when I purchased this package it was for the catacombs and not the musuem ... the workers are on strike that day and I was told on the day of the tour! I didn't want to cause a big stink so whatever I took the tickets .. But other than that great tour I would of loved to visit the catacombs .. there will always be a next time

We were on this tour Eiffel Tower Summit with Daniella and Martha and when we got to the security office, they looked at the last person in the group two guys behind us and said when they came together with the rest of the group then they would proceeded. Those guys didn't have bags, so they moved to a security line that didn't have to check their bags. So we were left at the bottom of the Eiffel tower with no tickets up, group to skip the line, and we didn't know where to go. After waiting in some lines, asking some people, 40 minutes later, we luckily found some people the same tour company, but a tour 30 minutes later who again luckily believed that we were supposed to be on a tour and let us tag along with them up and bring us back to the tour. Daniella and Martha didn't seem too concerned, they were so sure that since they waiting for the LAST PEOPLE IN LINE that they didn't leave anyone. I told them I would be complaining, and they said I had to call Viator, they wouldn't take complaints, but I couldn't bring myself to have the energy to think about it when we were there. When I got home I was still too angry to call them and complain when the whole situation made me red in the face, uncontrollable tears angry. We are now planning another trip to Paris with some people who have not been here before and want to go to the Eiffel Tower, but I feel like since last time I paid money for nothing, why would I decide to book with these same people?

Skip-the-line tickets are COMPLETELY worth it for the Eiffel Tower and 100000 for the Catacombs.

You cannot get your catacombs ticket until after you do the Eiffel Tower tour the guide gives it to you when you meet up for the Eiffel Tower tour, so plan accordingly.

The Eiffel Tower tour was informative and fun, and the lines were quick with Skip the Line.
The Catacombs had a great audio tour and was really eerie - doing Skip the Line is the ONLY way I would ever do the Catacombs. The regular line was always super super long!

    Great value.

The only way to do these activities. If you don't have a skip the line pass, you will wait for hours at both sites. Our guide to the Eiffel tower was very personable and enjoyed his company up to the Eiffel tower.

Make sure to get your Catacombs ticket from your tour guide at the Eiffel tower! Thankfully their was someone who spoke english and the admission person at the catacombs was nice enough to let me in without it. Catacombs are for those that love history and anything death related. Its dark, a little could, and the air can get stale but the history and display is worth the walk underground. Having a skip-the-line admissions was worth it because the line was wrapped around the building and was at least an hour wait.
Eiffel tower skip-the-line, be careful to read where you will meet your guide. I almost missed my group because you do not meet at the tower. You end up meeting two or so blocks away. Yes, they will get you in and up fast but there wasn't a huge line to get in and up.

Enjoyed the tour, the tour guide was informative, helpful and very knowledgeable. Her enjoyment of sharing the history and stories was great. Nice small group so had fun meeting and having lunch with the others. The walk thru the gardens and small village was very pleasant

catacombs were fantastic, as was the Eiffel Tower, but the summit was closed due to high winds. I have emailed Viator in the hope that a refund is completed. We shall see.

History was great but walking thru was just so many bones and it made me sad

The tour guide for the Eiffel Tower was very entertaining and informative. Not having to stand in line was a blessing. The view from the summit is amazing! The Catacombs were very interesting and much different from catacombs we have toured in other countries. The only drawback is that it is a long way from the Eiffel to the Catacombs. We had to take a cab.

even though the weather was ordinary, our tour guide was excellent, and made the rather wet and gloomy experience a delight.
