The title 'skip the line' is a little misleading. We joined the pre-booked ticket queue in the same place as the normal queue, although it did move more quickly. It took 45minutes from meeting our guide to actually starting the tour. Once inside the tour was very good. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging. The palace is stunning. The tour lasts just over an hour but then you can explore further on your own.

Amazing place. Wished we had more free time.

We enjoyed our time on this tour. The host spoke very good English. The tour group delivered on their promise to skip the line and provide an entertaining tour. My only issue was the check-in. Previous Viator tours gave very detailed explanations on where we were to meet and what we were to look for. In this situation, we met in a very busy square, and no one told us to look for a person holding a purple umbrella. We had heard from other groups to look for someone in a blue umbrella, but there was no explanation of looking for ANY umbrella in the instructions. Additionally, the meeting place never gave a specific address, just that we were to meet close to the Haagen Dazs. I would have preferred a more detailed instruction saying like will meet with a person carrying a purple umbrella 20 meters west of the Haagen Dazs which is located on the north side of the square.
This lack of detail created more than a few minutes of concern that we were in the wrong location.

Nice tour, best way to skip the line, great amount of time spent with the guide. Must see sight in Seville.

This is a mixed review. Our guide from Feel the City was good - friendly and knowledgeable, but not outstanding. I'd give her a B. While I don't think the information was anything one wouldn't get from a decent guidebook or audioguide, having a friendly person who can answer questions and move the pace along is always nice.
Problems - I experienced serious negatives with regard to communication via Viator. As soon as my tour was booked, I inquired about changing the time I was given an afternoon tour, and was trying to visit in the morning. The response was that the actual tour group would be consulted. To make a long story short, I never received follow up. After inquiring further, I finally got a message the day BEFORE the tour that they had been trying to reach me and couldn't - and offered me two additional times. I attempted to confirm a mid morning tour, and again, never heard from either Viator or Feel The City again. I tried calling the local contact number on my voucher at least three times and it was never answered. We showed up for our originally scheduled time, and it was no problem.
I'm sure this isn't always the case, but we also really didn't skip the line. I mean, we shortened it, but the line for guided tours was about 10 minutes. It looked like the regular line was about 30.
All in all, the tour itself was a fine experience, but given the trouble and stress around communication through Viator and with Feel The City, it was not worth 150. I won't be booking with Viator in the future.

We enjoyed this tour and the references to Game of Thrones. The guide was a little robotic but it is worth seeing.

fabulous tour but hindered by problems with technology. our guide, Pila, was very knowledgeable but the commentary was frequently interrupted with static so you could not hear what she was saying. Pila was very apologetic about this. In reality though, it was not her fault. It was also a very hot day in Sevilla and the organisation of skip the line was not so good. The group did a lot of waiting to skip the line. Apart from that, it was a fascinating building with a fascinating history.

We missed the tour because we couldn't find the meeting place, which was at some ice cream shop in an obscure square that googlemaps couldn't find. i would advise the tour operator to just simply meet at the Alcazar entrance and hold up a sign! Who knows how many people get lost just trying to find the tour? Really bad planning here.
