The first floor of the Borghese Gallery is wheelchair accessible. Access to the second floor is only possible if customers can stand for 10 minutes in the elevator as wheelchairs will not fit inside.

We cannot predict when individual museums will be crowded. In general long lines are common at major attractions in summer,on most weekends, and during peak travel periods throughout the year (Christmas, Easter, local holidays). Our skip-the-line tickets enable you to skip the line if indeed there is one. Unfortunately there is no way to foresee which days and times will produce lines, and which will not.

All personal belongings must be left on arrival at the reception of the Borghese Gallery

  • A great experience, the grounds are beautiful too!

  • We arrived late due to traffic and missed our tour. :- But we were able to buy tickets to get in right at the window, so we didn't need the Skip the Line tickets after all.

  • Borghese Gallery was worth seeing, but we were not pleased at being charged 68 by Viator for two 22 euro tickets which were readily available. We considered that we had been ripped off, which is not a nice feeling. We will avoid this company in the future. Rome is delightful with history on every corner, a relaxed manner and nice food and wine. If you are into Caravaggios there are several in the churches for the cost of turning the lights on as well at the Borghese Gallery at 34 each if you go through Viator. H and M

  • Guide was very late, we had no information about the guide. Poor management.

  • really enjoyed the gallery but no line and paid a substantial premium for nothing.

  • We did picked up the tickets to beat standing in line and it's also good if you didn't plan ahead and make reservations and you only have one specific day you can go since it's usually booked up in advance. Very efficient. You just pick up your tickets out front and enter to do the tour on your own without a guide.

  • The museum is beautiful. We had a non-native guide who seemed a little fixated on the need to tell us about the sexual innuendos and stories that went with all of the nudes etc. I found it distracting and unhelpful since there were a few children on the tour and the jokes were all off-color. All my other guides at least 6 different ones over the course of two weeks mostly from the same company were interesting, respectful, and had no axe to grind or anything to prove in how they shared art or the wonders of Italy. Keep Italian guides who get Italy. That's why I rated this tour down.

  • Great museum! We only bought 'skip the line' tickets but that was perfect for us. They only let in the people that are there for a specific time which will be on your ticket and they are strict about your time on your ticket. We were 10 minutes early and would not let us in. That was okay because they will make you take your large items and check them in a locker which we did. It's free but be sure not to loose your ticket number to pick them back up. There are two floors to the museum and to get to the second you could miss it. It's a room in back and they are all numbered but unfortunately I don't recall what number room the stairs are in. If it's too many people picture purposes, I'd go to the top and work your way down. By that time the bottom floor will be less crowded. It definitely was for us and we got great pictures.

  • The collection was beautiful ! We were happy to be able to skip the queue, nevertheless, we were slightly confused by the fact that the room numbers on the map were not indicated on the audio guide map which had different numbers for the main art pieces only. Moreover, the sequence was not clearly indicated. As a result we wasted time finding the correct room and we hardly had enough time to admire everything within the time allocated. Still a wonderful experience.

  • So glad we had the tickets. The museum gets sold out. The museum gets a little annoyed that you are not buying from them
but once we got in it was fantastic
