Worth it! The que is endless otherwise. The entire tour is totally worth every penny… steeped history. Make sure you get the audio guide alongside!
Our guide was very detailed in explaining. Love the stories she told and the pictures she showed us. It was an enjoyable enriching trip.
A quick tour of the Colosseum. Our tour guide spoke the entire time with numerous facts. Walked a slow pace and a bit shy, but very nice.
This 1 hour tour was comprehensive and informative. The history of the Colosseum was nicely presented and we visually took in all the areas of the arena.
The tour guide was incredible, so much knowledge and very helpful , the best 3 hours spent. Wear comfortable shoes
The tour guide Daniel and the tour group were wonderful. We were running late and they helped locate us and bring us to the group. The tour was much more infomative than we expected and the guide knows everything about the collesium. Roman Forum, etc. Was fantastic.
Most of the time was spent receiving a history lesson at the entrance , I believe we spent about 40 minutes standing at the entrance learning about the history which sometimes can be nice , but was a little lengthy even for myself as a history lover. I feel this could of been summed up better , and explained more in depth while we walked through . The walk through was very brief compared to that .
We picked the faster tour as we had our 9 month old with us. Our guide was incredibly accommodating of our little one, was very entertaining and was highly informative. Due to having a stroller and the terrain we decided against taking part in the Palatine Hill part of the tour but overall, it was still fabulous. I would have given this five stars, we just struggled to hear through the headsets at times as the guide spoke a little soft and fast. Otherwise this was fantastic and highly recommend!
The tour was a great grand overview of the coliseum. The guide was knowledgable and friendly. He worked well, even though the large crowds of people.
The tour around the Colosseum was excellent. The guide was prompt, well organised and spoke clearly. We learnt lots of interesting facts but the talk was interspersed with plenty of amusing extras which kept our attention. Rome was very busy but our guide managed to give as a great experience in a short time with plenty of opportunity to take photos.
