  • Great experience!

  • Did the tour on a Sunday, one of the busiest days. This tour covers a lot of ground and busy day makes it difficult to see all in unhurried pace. All sites worth seeing, suggest on a Sunday to do 1 or two of attractions, not all 3.(Forum, Colleseum, Palletine Hill.)

  • Beautiful place. Great guide!

  • This was the highlight of our trip to Rome, the guide was excellent bordering on a comedienne, We would never have gone to Palatine Hill if not for this tour and it was great loved every minute of it ! Don't think twice book it ! Also do the hop on/off open top bus while there, its a great cheap way to get about and see the sights.

  • While I enjoyed seeing all the ruins, I was disappointed with our tour guide's ability to speak clearly and directly. It sounded like she was talking to herself for the most part, which makes it hard to follow what she is saying or stay engaged in absorbing whatever information she was provided. There were also some families in the group that made the experience less enjoyable as they caused some delays with their strollers getting stuck or losing their phone behind part of the ruins. I'm sure with better luck on the group and a better guide this would have been an awesome tour.

  • This was a great tour. The guide was full of information. Three hours is about my breaking point, I wish it could have been done in 2-1/2 but there really is a lot to see. Best way to go if your visiting the coliseum.

  • Our tour guide was hilarious! She shared information well, but spent too much time on Palentine Hill and not enough time near the Forum or the Colosseum. While she did share a thoroughly amount of information about all three sites, I wish we could have learned a bit more about the history surrounding the Colosseum. The audio was terrible, as well. We had a hard time catching every word because it kept cutting out. We had to stay extremely close to her to hear things, which is fine, except our tour group was really large, so it was difficult for everyone to be near her. This was a bit frustrating. Thank you!

  • Our tour guide was excellent and the tour was great. Really enjoyed the tour of the Colosseum and Palatine Hill which we were not able to do in 2009--the viewing platform is fantastic looking over the Forum and beyond to see the whole panorama of Rome. Suggestion--in the confirmation email, please state EXACTLY where to meet and include whether or not you have to check in at an office before meeting the tour guide. This was necessary for Vatican Museum tour but not for this tour. Caused a lot of confusion because we assumed we needed to check in somewhere and did a lot of running around before meeting the tour group.

  • decent trip, the tour guide was sarcatically funny. althouhg her accent was a bit difficult to undersand.

  • Tour was good. Guide was knowledgeable but took numerous phone calls during the tour. We would have liked to spend a bit more time being guided through the Colosseum although she did leave us there at the end of the tour to spend as much time as we liked. The group was 24 people at bit large for our liking. Palatine Hill tour was amazing and a delightful surprise as we didn't think it would be as interesting as it was.
