Know More about this tour

Meet your guide in front of the Eiffel Tower to begin your 2-hour behind-the-scenes walking tour of one of the world’s most recognizable landmarks, originally built for the 1889 World’s Fair. Your actor-guide draws you into the romantic story of a young American woman named Lemony and a French aviator named Antonin who fall in love at the Eiffel Tower.

Learn about the history of Paris and the tower through the adventures of the two characters as you see intriguing parts of the tower that many visitors don’t even know about. Descend into the military bunker located beneath the Champ de Mars, the large open space adjacent to the tower. As you’ll learn, the tower once housed military communications equipment, and the bunker and its complex network of secret tunnels were created during World War I to serve as a vital evacuation route.

Continue your tour above ground at the Eiffel Tower’s engine room, viewing the equipment that powers the hydraulic lifts. Next, skip the line at those elevators and ascend to the 380-foot (116-meter) second floor of the tower with your guide. Head up to the rooftop of Michelin-starred Le Jules Verne restaurant to take in the spectacular views of Paris as your guide concludes his story with heroine Lemony’s 100th birthday.

Your theatrical tour of the Eiffel Tower ends on the second-floor observation deck, where you can linger as long as you wish or buy a ticket to the third level of the Eiffel Tower (own expense) for even more dramatic views from 906 feet (276 meters) in the air.

  • This tour was great! I highly recommend both for skipping the huge line and also for the fun and interesting information we got along the way. Great for our two boys aged 12 and 10 also. We got behind the scenes look at things and also were awarded access to viewing levels without the crowds. Definitely a history lesson and not just a trip up the tower.

Caution was that it was difficult to locate the tour meeting location. There are 4 corners to the tower all with large lineups. Took us 20 minutes to find the meeting location and we were fearful to miss it and be out all of the money and the tour. Perhaps tHe tour guide could hold a sign or umbrella or something to indicate the tour at this very busy place!

  • Very entertaining and unique experience.

  • The only way to see the Eiffel Tower is one of these skip the line tours. As the others were booked for the date we were traveling we booked a few days prior we opted for this tour, more to skip the line than looking for a theatrical adventure. Our guide and tour were entertaining throughout. We did get so visit some of the areas of the tower/grounds that we not accessible to general admission crowds so overall it was an enjoyable experience even if a little corny at times. No option to include summit access on this tour. You can buy tickets 6 Euros when you get to the second level however the line was extremely long both to get the tickets and to make your way to the top. As promised we skipped the line and took the elevators to the second level. The tour ends there and you can take your time enjoying the amazing views at your own pace. Take the stairs back down to ground level. An easy walk and fun experience!

  • Thanks to Sebastian the amazing tour guide and the office Personnel that helped us when we almost missed our tour..
Sebastian was a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. He made the tour fun while educating us about the history of the Eiffel Tower.

  • I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the eiffel tower and learn of its history. Our guide was superb , very friendly and easy to talk to and had time for us all to ask questions . A very rewarding experience.

  • I have visited the tower before, but had never gotten to see the mechanics underground! Very cool! The lines were very long on a hot day, so the skip the line feature was worth every penny.

  • This tour was really great! I learned so much about the Eiffel Tower and got to tour places I had not seen before in previous trips to Paris. Our guide was phenomenal. I truly enjoyed this. I took my teenage children with me and they had a great time as well. The theatrical show was quite entertaining. Thank you!!

  • If you want to keep everyone entertained.
If you want to see a different Tour Eiffel
    Take this tour - fantastic

  • This was lots of fun, and we learned a lot as well. Great for kids, but also very engaging for adults. We were laughing and learning the whole time. Definitely an experience to remember!

  • We saw things we would not have seen on our ownThe bunker. We also learned about building the tower. We were able to buy tickets to go to the top with a very short line because we were already on the second floor.
The actor was corny but I think the young people enjoyed it and he was energetic.
