This tour was ok. Not great. First of all, finding where we should go once at the meeting place was very chaotic and disorganized! They had representatives in the area from this company who were extremely unhelpful and seemingly clueless about where our particular tour group was. The tour itself was ok. Our guide was very knowledgeable, but it just did not seem especially geared toward children as indicated. I thought the discussions would have been more geared toward the age ranges indicated.

Also-you may want to rethink doing the Colosseum during high season. It was hot and crowded. This, of course is no one's fault and was not the cause of the lower rating. The heat was seriously nauseating. Do it at a cooler, quieter time...you will enjoy it more!

Loved the experience, Laura did an amazing job of entertaining the children despite the nearly 40 degree heat!! Nice gifts for the children, would recommend and once again thank you Laura :)

We did a family friendly tour with our guide Fredericka. She was great. We have kids 8 and 11 years old, there were also kids in the 4-5 range too. She does a good job of involving the kids in fun ways to keep them engaged. This is a good tour to take if you have kids. I thought the history and tour of the coliseum and Roman forums were amazing.

Our guide was great. She was knowledgeable, energetic, and young. She had really good visuals to help with her tour that help us envision life back then. We had a good pace. She helped us take pictures of our family. My grandchildren are in that awkward 13 and 14 yr old age. Thought the tour was really good for under 10 yrs. If your youth are into history and older, think this would be good too. The lesson on the Roman numerals could have been a little shorter, definitely geared toward the young.

Our tour was excellent for families. So educational.
We really got a sense of the cruelty that took place in the Colosseum thousands of years ago.

Our tour guide Alicia was delightful, friendly and very well informed. Highly recommend!

Perfect length for our kids. Enough breadth and depth to keep the adults engaged. Kept moving. Tour guide was adept at keeping us together and moving even with big crowds. Just enough stopping and talking to be informative but not lose the kids. This was an excellent experience. Best for kids 11 or younger, but older kids still enjoyed it.

Our tour guide was very engaging and informative. Unfortunately due to poor weather (it was raining), she had to modify her tour quite a bit, but managed to relay great information. Our kids enjoyed it very much - I would recommend this tour. It was nice to skip the long lines to get into the colosseum. Unfortunately we were not able to see much of the forum due to poor weather, but the tour guide did a great job despite the obstacles!

I think the group would have liked more time inside the colosseum instead of standing outside of the colosseum. The accent of the guide was also strong and hard to understand.

This truly is a family focused tour. Our guide kept our 9 and 10 year olds engaged during a very hot summer day. She had the group periodically sit in shady spots and play games that related to the ancient Roman period. The Colosseum is a crowded spot and we got so much more out of the excursion with this tour than doing it any other way.

This was a terrific walk through the Colosseum and the Roman Forum! We had a moderately sized group of about 22 people and that was the only down side.
Our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. It included fun handouts like a Roman crown for the kids and she had a picture book to help explaining.
