Long wait for food. Food dry. Waiting staff were pleasant though. Wouldn’t recommend. Rather have a maccies

Overall enjoyed it the drinks were fairly good and well priced with the happy hour. Mains were good but the brownie dessert was inedible. Service great. I'd go back hopefully on a busier night as by 915 we were the only people eating.

First time visiting a hard rock. All the staff were nice and helpful and liked inside. The food was really good and the cocktail I wanted wasn’t on the menu but our server got it made up for us and it was great. Our server who I regret to say we didn’t catch her name was lovely. Really made it a great experience. Such a nice friendly person

We attended for a 16th birthday dinner (7 of us) and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and portion sizes were huge but we were slightly confused with the starters as they came across quite expensive and a lot on the plate so after ordering starters each we kinda wondered if they were sharing starters ?? But anyways they tasted beautiful and the main courses were the same, large portions and tasted great. The waitress brought out the surprise birthday cake for the birthday boy and announced to the whole restaurant it was his birthday and then had everyone singing happy birthday to him which was a great touch but not for the young fella cos he was embarrassed but that made it more funnier for us. There was a live singer playing guitar during the meal which added to the good atmosphere in the restaurant. Enjoyed ourselves and will be back again soon.

So so good! We had the gold set menu voucher and the food was amazing, cocktails were also great too. We had Gary as our server and he was fantastic, such good customer service skills! This was my first visit and I’d definitely go back :)

Good selection of cocktails but bloody expensive. Just because you get to take your glass home with you doesn’t justify the cost of some of them. Menu wasn’t that extensive but can’t pick fault with quality. The building itself was weird. The layout seemed strange and the stairs were a pain in the hoop. This was our first time at this one in Glasgow. Normally go to Edinburgh. Really hate how you enter and go up a flight of stairs to walk through a shop with clothes and other tat just to walk downstairs two flights to the bar then up again for food. I will say the staff were fantastic, especially the bar staff downstairs when we had to wait for a table. We’ve tried it but can’t say I’d return

Booked this as a final night on our 2 day stay in the city. We opted for the Gold menu, which I originally thought would be a pick of the main menu and a choice of deserts from the same. As much as the meal we chose was nice I don't feel there was much choice. We ended up opting for the burger and the mac and cheese dish and much to my sons disappointment the only desert available was a chocolate brownie with a squirt of cream from a can. I would think for the price you should be able to pick from the main menu and not a such a subsidised one. Could definitely do with a rethink. The drinks were refills albeit watered down. I also ordered bbq chicken wings as a starter. Which were lovely. Our server was attentive and kept us topped up with drinks and clean napkins and the lady who served us in the gift shop was very helpful. All in all, we enjoyed the food. But it's not somewhere I would visit again.

Visited this music related venue for lunch with my son. John Lennons' jacket & John Dylans' guitar to name a few of music items. My wife had bought a Virgin experience meal for 2 including soft drinks & desserts. I had old traditional steak burger & our son had chicken Caesar salad. Both were delicious & then I had a brownie to finish. Soft drinks were included & bottomless. Reasonably priced beers & happy hour cocktails & non alcoholic beers available also. Staff were super efficient and very friendly. WELL DONE TO ALL THE STAFF. Go on give it a try.

We haven’t visited the Hard Rock Cafe very often, perhaps 8 or 9 times in cities all over the world. When we select HRC we do expect consistency of quality, service and value. In this regard Glasgow is failing the brand! Warm beer, over cooked (recooked) food, cold fries, soggy and tasteless Nachos. How simple can this menu be? … and still you can’t deliver a defrosted and reheated product. Evidently no person with any food qualifications in the kitchen. We shall not return.
