The staff at both Julia Travel offices were helpful and friendly. The guide at Park Güell was very knowledgeable and her French and English were both excellent. Our guide for La Sagrada Família was good. However she was often hard to hear because she wore her mic on her lapel, which was too far away - especially with the wind. However, it was overall a good experience and well worth the money.

2 guides, our parc guell guide was good but tour not English only and spoke more. Spanish. Our Sagrada familia guide excellent and English only. Liked that could stay after the tour. Both explained sites very well.

  • 04-Nov-2022

The park Guell portion of the tour was a little chaotic. The tour start time was 10:00 a.m and because so many people had signed up for the tour, we were broken up into 2 groups. That took time and we didn't get into the park until about 10:30 and only had about an hour. There was a lot of waiting for the transfer to La Sagrada Familia and then more waiting once we got to the tour office. I would suggest doing these events separately rather than combined. I think it would be easy to do Park Guell on one's one. The tour guide for Sagrada Familia was very good and that tour was a trip highlight!

  • 25-Oct-2022

Our guide was nice, but spent too much time on irreverent thing, especially at the church, so we had to leave the tour without see all of the marvelous seems.

  • 22-Oct-2022

Good guides but bit too expensive. They also did not come through on the tower trip. Overall average.

  • 21-Oct-2022

Our guides-Raul, Sylvia and Christina were beyond incredible! We learned so much from them. The tour was so well organized!! It was one of the best tours in Europe I’ve ever had.

  • 20-Oct-2022

Our guides Marc and Marc were great. Totally recommend the tour, it was interesting and very informative.

  • 19-Oct-2022

Good tour options when in Barcelona. Sometimes a bit difficult to understand guides but each one was upbeat and covered their topics with knowledge of points of interest and history. Participants wear headphones and tune into tour guide during walking tour of each location. We used a hop on/hop off tour to get to start point of Park Guell and then used same bus after Sagrada Familia to finish hop on/ hop off tour route and return to near our hotel location. Something for others to consider on how to get to start point, to see Barcelona and the two tours….and have a late lunch. We did the 11am English tour on a weekday.

  • 18-Oct-2022

Tour was amazing with loads of historic information shared by our Guide Raoul on both the park and Familia with some stop over for break as well. Advise this for fast tracking the trip by skipping the long wait lines.

La Sagrada Familia was incredible. Definitely a must—mostly because it’s still under construction!! Note: Traffic in Barcelona was awful. Tried to take a morning bus from the Ramblas de Mar to Park Grüell instead of the 45 minute walk. Took 2-1/2 hours to get to the ticket office-bis dropped us off 10 blocks from the office. Need to go there first on the day of your tour to pick up tickets. (Why no ticket download like the other sites Fort direct entry?!?) We were 15 minutes late and missed our tour time—“sorry, too bad”. Walked south to the Sagrada got a great tour. I’m sure that the tour of the park would have been just as grand. Next time for sure.
