  • Great tour - small group, very informative and our guide was very knowledgable. Highly recommend!

  • Great tour with a very knowledgeable guide. Since it was December, we did not face the huge summer crowds. Guide met us on time and did not rush us at all. Good day!

  • Tour was long and informative. I wouldn't being small children, for they can get bored and tired fairly quickly. We walked through many corridors filled with artifacts, sculptures and beautiful elaborate paintings. One must dress appropriately, for the tour includes the Basilica therefore no shorts, short skirts or tank tops. Your shoulders need to be covered, so it is best to carry a shawl/scarf in your bag. There are street vendors outside the Vatican selling these items, but at a higher price. The Sistine Chapel was amazing. FYI - Picture taking and videos are not permitted in the Sistine Chapel. Saw a couple of people try with their phones, but the officials had good eyesight.

  • This tour was incredible! We had a bit of confusion with the meeting location in the morning meeting point is at a bookstore, but the bookstore is a corner location so we were dropped off by our taxi at the store and din't realize our actual meeting location was just around the corner. We figured it out and met our wonderful guide Nadia to find we were the only participants of this tour, so we were rated to a very personalized experience. Nadia seems to have a wealth of knowledge about the history and significance of the art and sculpture we saw everywhere. We waited only about two to three minutes for her to purchase tickets, then were ushered right past all the larger tour groups, so we did indeed skip the line. This made for a much better experience overall, and allowed us to focus on what we wanted to see. Once in the museum, Nadia found a quiet corner to sit down with us and explain the art we would see in the Sistine Chapel, using an iPad to show examples and explain the significance of the art. since there is no talking allowed inside the Sistine Chapel itself, it was nice to be given advance information so we would grasp the significance of what we were seeing. Fascinating stories behind all this art. We finished with the chance to see the changing of the Swiss guard near the entrance to St Peter's Basilica.

  • The tour guide was superb making the tour unforgettable.

  • The tour was amazing. Our guide was fabulous. You can't go to the Vatican without a guide. There is just too much history details you won't know. Highly recommend.

  • Try to go as early as possible. We had an 8:30 tour and was an hour later getting through door by that time you could barely move through the Vatican. Guide was knowledgeable but talked excessively slowing down tour

  • Skip the Line is absolutely worth every cent. When we arrived there was a 4 hour wait for general admission.

  • What an incredible tour we had - and our guide was outstanding! There is so much to see and so much history was covered in our tour. This was our first visit to the Vatican and we were very happy that we chose this tour!

  • Wonderful your with only 7 of us. Well worth the money to have things pointed out and explained as well as passing the huge line ups.
