Overview

Gaze upon the city sights from the pinnacle of Chicago, the Skydeck. Located on the 103rd floor of Willis Tower, formerly Sears Tower -- the third-tallest building in the world -- the Skydeck offers spectacular sweeping views and is full of interactive exhibits. To complete your exciting Chicago experience, head to the Ledge, a glass balcony showcasing unbeatable views of Chicagos top attractions like Wrigley Field and the Navy Pier.

We added a brand new Chicago Experience that you start with by the box office prior taking the elevator trip to the 103rd floor. It is a 45,000 sq ft. museum of today. The New Experience is part Chicago History, part Architecural tour, part Selfie Museum and part Children's Museum. This is fun and interactive for all ages. Trip of a lifetime quite an experience. It was quite amazing to go up one of the tallest buildings in North America. And Thank You for following up with the emails with Me reminding me of the tickets

Plan to stand for awhile but it will be well worth the wait. There is an amazing view at the top. A note, the time in each deck is limited per how many people are in each party. You don't have to buy photos from the company themselves, you can take your own, just make sure that you are ready because they time you and the time goes by fast to let everyone have to chance to take pictures.

Great views and scenery. Helpful with questions we had. Would recommend to visit for Family fun. Pictures taken are memorable.

Viator ticket in my wallet did not allow admittance… they had to use email to see both tickets. We did finally get in.

The views, it is all about the amazing views of Lake Michigan and downtown Chicago. Once I was up there I ordered a drink and took a seat to admire those views. I went at sundown and bought the ticket ahead of time.

I think this is a great spot for families -- the kids will love the ledge and theres a bunch of places to eat inside the building and the elevator ride is part of th fun. Def worth a go to experience once of the tallest buildings in the world. The ledge is a cool photo spot but the views are a little lacking since its so far away from the lake. I say if you have a City Pass you may as well do it, but Id probably skip.

Via toe’s app did not work. I paid 200 dollars for 4 tickets for nothing! This company is the worst. They don’t call you to resolve only carting via WhatsApp. They expected me to use my tickets which I could not access two hours after they provided a broken link. Their response was that it worked for them and therefore I could not get a refund. Will be contesting the charge.

This is a great way to see the Chicago skyline and learn a lot of information about the city as you walk through the exhibits on display before you get on the elevator to the Skydeck!

When we finally got to the Skydeck the views were amazing as was the glass booths to stand on. However, totally disorganised. We arrived at 5.15 for a 5.30 ticket time, we queued and queued with no staff around and eventually overheard that only 1 lift was working as we were taken to a service lift after queuing for 55 minutes. We spent about 2 minutes on the deck where taking our picture was more important and then you guessed it, then had to queue to come down, again after another 20 minutes of queuing we went via 4 lifts into the shop. There where more staff manning the photo booths than we had seen on our way up or down! The queuing did kind of kill of the experience and we were late for our 7pm dinner reservation!!!
