Great tour if you want a taste of gaucho culture, including their music and horse riding skills. If you want to decompress in the countryside, this is it.

Had a lovely day on the ranch, and the food was excellent. Riding horses was a highlight - could have spent more time in the museum (and miss out the church) at San Antonio de Areco but that’s a small thing. Sabrina was an amazing guide, friendly and smile and very knowledgeable - I didn’t know the real difference between a cowboy and a gaucho until today! Thank you Sabrina you’re an asset to Signature Tours.

Savrina was an outstanding guide for the day. She answered all questions and was very helpful taking our pictures. The horseback riding was the best part of the trip. The veggie empanadas were amazing. The vegetarian option for lunch was just okey. Overall a great day, but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

The finca was beautiful. The food was really good. I liked the music & the dancing. The horses were beautiful and well behaved The gauchos didn’t seem friendly at all,but seemed rather disgusted that we were there. The guide, Michaela, had good information when giving her speech, but not very attentive the other time.Didn’t even answer some of the questions. She seemed to be on her cell phone a lot, Maybe because she was young.I thought drinking beer at the ranch then sleeping on the ride back was rather unprofessional.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED AND ENJOYED my stay at this estancia (cattle ranch) soooo much. Signature Tours was very prompt in picking me up at my hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires and our guide (I forgot her name unfortunately) was very nice, fun, cooperative and informative. I visited San Antonio de Areco on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2022, with 5 other Americans who I had never met before, but we all got along very well. The drive out to the estancia was great and it was nice to get outside of the big city of Buenos Aires for the day to see the countryside. I was extremely impressed by the welcome we (our tour group) received as we drove onto the ranch itself. Two gauchos on horseback, one holding the flag of Argentina, literally escorted our mini-van onto the property and welcomed us once we exited the vehicle. It was SO CLASSY and a SPECTACULAR welcome to this very nice estancia. The empanadas and beverages (malbec wine for me) that we were immediately treated to upon arrival were simply over the top delicious. Because I love horses and enjoy horseback riding, I especially enjoyed the 30 minute ride around the ranch. This was the highlight of my visit without question, even though I could have ridden for a full hour, even though I realize that they have to keep it short to accommodate those individuals who have never ridden before. Immediately after lunch, we were all treated to a delicious and sumptuous asado (steak and meat barbeque) that was made all the more enjoyable by 3 gauchos who entertained us by playing beautiful Argentinean music on their guitars while we ate. After lunch, we were then treated to a spectacular show with 3 gauchos displaying their outstanding horse riding skills, which was simply incredible. In conclusion, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this full day tour to San Antonio de Areco and would recommend that you do so with SIGNATURE TOURS, which is an extremely professional tour company.

We had an amazing day on this tour. We booked seamlessly through the agency with regular contact from them. Our guide was due to pick us up at our hostel at 8.30a.m. Marcello our guide arrived right on time! He is an amazing guide, so informative. He gave us loads of recommendations of resturants, places to visit, things to do and was full of tips along the way. We had a look around San Antonio town along the way, again Marcello was so informative. The visit to the Estancia was wonderful. The grounds and scenery is so beautiful. We were greeted with drinks of choice (wine) and delicious empanadas. After a look around the grounds, we were off horseriding. I've never been on a horse before but felt so safe especially with Marcello there to give tips on how to guide the horse. After the horseriding, we had a FEAST of amazing meats, salads and more wine. The food was top class and we had so many options. After lunch, we had some lovely entertainment of folklore music and dancing. An amazing trip, would highly recommend this trip and the company. Its well worth the money. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay for a few days!!

The whole experience was awesome! Our tour guide, Jesíca, came inside the hotel to pick us up. She gave us interesting information about Buenos Aires and San Antonio de Areco on the way to the estancia, she was very knowledgeable. The time at the estancia was great! The meal was amazing. Everything happened as stated in the description of the experience. It is a family-friendly activity, too! I highly recommend it.

Marcelo our guide was so friendly, professional and very informative. The whole day was superb, but the highlight was visiting El Ombú de Areco. The hosts were very welcoming, great food and music and thoroughly enjoyed the horse riding. Don’t worry if you don’t ride; the horses are amazing and the Gauchos that take you out are so supportive (also great cooks!). Special mention to all the rescue dogs who were great fun! All in all, a very special and wonderful day and thank you so much to Marcelo and everyone who made us feel so welcome.
