Caroline (our guide) was very friendly, professional and did a great job. We think it would have been better if she concentrated on food-related aspects of the tour for the first hour rather than talking about history. Streets are so busy we couldn't hear and didn't think it was relevant. We would have liked to spend more time in the market (even if it had been a little free time). We also didn't receive an olive oil tasting as advertised.

This was a nice, quick foodie tour of a patisserie, the farmer's market, and a quick glass of wine at a local wine bar. It was fun and worth the cost. The only thing that would have made it better was less, rather than more, talking and more eating and drinking!

Our guide, Sonja, was well informed about the working class neighborhood in Bastille. I was pleased to have her as a guide, and I recommend her highly.

this was one of the best food tours I have had!

La Bastille es una de nuestras zonas favoritas no turísticas. El mercado es un placer para los sentidos y fuimos a muchos lugares agradables. Caminamos y platicamos muy a gusto con nuestra guía y comimos delicioso. Lo volvería a comprar.

Enjoyed hearing about the history of the Bastille District. The samplings were great. One of the places we stopped at, Bleu. Sucre, had the most divine pastries. The KouignAmman pastry was the best I have ever had in my life. This patisserie is recommended by David Leibovitz. The tour guide was quite charming and quite knowledgeable.

Our guide was a charming Parisian who spoke very good English. We loved the variety of places that she chose for our tour.

I gave it the lowest possible rating because, although our party was at the appointed meeting place well in advance of the scheduled tour time, and we waited an hour, the tour guide never showed up. Please credit my American Express card the 400 that I was charged for the tour that never happened.

We had a private tour which was awesome!

A great half day out exploring the Bastille areas food and history. Our guide was excellent - no question left unanswered. The food we tasted was delicious and plentiful. Paired with a gorgeous wine in a small but impressive wine bar I couldn and #39;t complain.
