My husband and I are regular food tour-goers and always interested to see the perspective each tour brings. This one was truly a foodie experience in Vancouver. Our guide Nadia was enthusiastic and truly a foodie herself (not to mention a seasoned chef) so she peppered in excellent factoids at each stop and in between. The food was great at each stop.

My only critique is I would’ve been liked one more savory stop before last two dessert stops.

Lydia was our guide and picked out some excellent places to visit. There were multiple (8) places to visit. We met at Kirin Chinese restaurant. We were going to eat here the night before but because of some negative reviews on Tripadvisor we ate elsewhere. I am glade we we went here. I don’t know why some reviews were negative. The dim sum sampling was delicious. We were so impressed that we ate a full meal there later that night!!
We ate at Boulevard- a Seafood restaurant. The chowder was delicious. We stopped at an upscale grocery store that has a sit down area; a delicious pastry shop and even at a gelato shop that has all house made gelato.
Even though the tour was a bit pricey, the numbers of tastings and glasses of wine that we had made this an enjoyable tour.

This walking food tour exceeded our expectations. We had a small group which made it really nice. Tracy, the guide was fantastic and a good source of information about the city.

Updated to a previous review where it all went wrong, owner followed up and asked about the tour and guide. She's worked with the guide that day and has assured me that she'd doing everything she can to educate and develop the skills so it does take a turn. Additionally she's refunding the cost of the tour and offered a free tour in the future to show improvements.
All in all, really great follow up and care. Based on her honest effort and care, I believe the tour can be much better and I believe it was a one off experience and not indicative to her overall services.
She did not ask for me to make an update but I feel her sincerity and concern as a business owner deserves a 2nd review. If I could take down the post I would i'm unable, but I also hope that seeing how well she responded to constructive criticism shows she's an hands on owner willing to make it right however possible.
Please take some time for the food tour!
