A wonderful experience. Thomaso was a wonderful personality and incredibly knowledgeable. He has 10-15 years experience working in local restaurants and seemed to know everyone in the local market. The food we made was incredible and we feel like we can now make pasta at home!

One of the highlights of our trip to Florence. My husband who does not cook even said he enjoyed it! Cooking was so much fun, food was absolutely delicious and we felt like we also learned about cooking. Great pace for learning and cooking. The trip to the market made for an educational and authentic experience in Tuscany! Our guide and chef Tomaso was fantastic; so likeable, smart, helpful and fun! 10 out of 10!

Great experience. The wine was good and the food was tasty. Thommaso was a great instructor. This was more than just a cooking class. He took the time to teach us about the local market and how to find quality food at the market. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thanks Thommaso!

What an amazing time! Tommaso, our chef, was so caring and fun (and an amazing chef of course!). The market tour was great as well. Every shop owner seemed like best friends with the chef. Plenty of time to bring goods home like Tuscan olive oil and Parmesan. We cooked two pasta dishes, made tiramisu, and drank plenty of wine. Definitely the highlight in Florence, could not recommend this enough!

The market was very interesting and engaging. Unfortunately, the recipes were promised but never delivered via email.

Tomaso took us through the market and shared a bunch of great information with us. There was ample time to buy any of the wonderful wares before or after the tastings, too. The class was a great instruction and lesson on how to make delicious and fairly simple meals. He took time to go around and help out whoever needed it. And some of the parts of the meals were shared between our table, which made for an enjoyable shared experience with out fellow classmates. Everything was very tasty and a great experience. We will take another of their tours if we find ourselves in Florence again.

Extremely late review from 2013, however still using the same unaltered Bolognese recipe today only the wine has changed to an Australian Cab Sav Merlot. As good as we remember!!

This was one of our favorite memories from our time in Florence. Going to the Market and learning the authentic spots was great as we got to purchase some of the tastiest olive oil I've ever had. Then, being able to cook in a beautiful kitchen/classroom and have the recipes for authentic Italian dishes was great. We can't wait to make homemade pasta now armed with the expertise from Catarina and Niccolo. Would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone!

We had a great time and made fantastic Ravioli and Bolognese sauce for our pasta. The tiramisu for dessert. Our Chef Niccolo was fantastic.

This was a great 5 hours. Touring & buying fresh produce from the markets & then cooking everything from scratch with a great chef, John, who was so helpful, non-judgemental & easy going! Prepared 3 courses & ate all at the end with a couple of glasses of Chianti! So much better than I expected!
