This is an absolute must do when in Florence. Great experience, met some good people and the chef was amazing. We got to be hands on and ate what we made which was fantastic. We had the best time! Again highly recommend.

We had a great time learning to cook Italian food! The chef was friendly and helpful and the people at our table were nice.

It was great to learn some great tips on making pasta and a bonus on how to make gnocchi. Learning to keep ingredients simple to enhance flavors.

The staff at Florencetown Pasta Cooking class were very knowledgeable, friendly and enjoyable to cook with. There were 10 of us in our group from the ages of 4 to 75 years old and we were able to have the hands on cooking experience to make many memories. I highly recommend everyone to enjoy this delicious experience!

The marketplace tour is very informational and you get to meet some of the vendors. I went back to the cheese vendor and got some cheeses vacuumed sealed to take home with me! So cool to find out that generations of families have been selling their products in the marketplace. This was my first cooking class and it was SO FUN! We made a tiramisu first (which is surprisingly much easier than expected). You get to be hands on, which is big for me. You make your own pasta dough (we made one dough for ravioli and tagliatelle). Our guide extraordinaire, FEDERICO was incredibly knowledgeable and also hilarious. It made the class that much more fun. You get wine with lunch and get to make new friends in the process. 11/10, highly recommend. I wish I was in Florence longer to take another class - next time!!

A fun low stress intro to Italian basics, Davvid and team did a great job hosting and teaching us pasta, sauces and dessert.

Amazing class! We had the best time with the chef learning some simple staple dishes. I loved that we got the recipes at the end, as well. The pasta we made was delicious and will be nice to replicate back home. The market was amazing and the chef gave us some really good tips and samples. I think I will be dreaming about the parmigiano reggiano and balsamic vinegar for a long time!
