Cruise by the imposing S de Lisboa Cathedral and admire its mix of Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque architecture before continuing to the medieval Castelo de s. jorge, sitting on top of a hill overlooking the city and the broad Tagus River.

Then, follow your guide to local shops and treat yourself to several Portuguese delicacies typical of the area of Lisbon, like ice cream, beer, pastries and ginjinha (a local liqueur).Your guide will be there to answer any questions you may have about the local cuisine and any of the sites you visited on your Segway tour.

Peter was the most knowledgable, unique, engaging guide. We learned SO much and had a great time. We had 2 new guides with us training. They were all wonderful. I highly recommend this tour. If you can request Peter you wont be disappointed. We LOVED Portugal!

My friend and I really enjoyed this tour with Tomas. He provided a lot of information during this tour and showed us the sites on our Segway. He was very patient when teaching us how to ride a Segway as neither my friend nor I have ever been on one. After our short lesson we were on our way! I learned a lot during this tour. Unfortunately, it did rain quite a bit, but we did not let that stop us. The treats and drinks were delicious! In fact, we had to go find and purchase the wine that was introduced to us on the tour that very same evening! Not to mention the desert we sampled! Yum! The mini charcuterie board at the end of the tour with the lovely glass of wine was a wonderful touch and end to this tour. Thanks Tomas!

This was a fun and memorable way to interact with a new city. The tiny streets were perfect for segway, and although it was our first time we managed well, even on steep cobblestone streets! The guide was terrific and gave us an inspiring overview of the history of Lisbon and Portugal. Great food and ended with a tapas and wine/beer in downtown. Excellent!

Applause to our guide David Mateus, well done mate. His tour leaves me a great impression for Lisbon and Segway is the best way to go around Lisbon, comfortable and enjoyable. This is my second tour of Lisbon, the first one was with the Tuktuk, which was kind of torturing.

First time in Lisbon - traveling with 3 couples. We decided to take this tour and David was our tour guide. He was good, but not excellent. Nice kid, but he did not go into much detail about the Lisbon historical landmarks, such as the oldest church in Lisbon and other monuments - also, we did not know that this was more of a tour of a few Lisbon landmarks on a Segway and not a food tour. Almost all of us were first time Segway riders and while he was super nice and patient when explaining how to use the Segway, we were not advised that 1) this was a tour of Lisbon and we would wind up at a local spot for wine and cheese, This is not a food tour. This is a tour of several interesting spots in Lisbon, so this should be renamed a "Segway Wine and Cheese Tour" and not a FOOD tour. Second, we should have known in advance that some of these cobblestone streets and Segway routes are very scary and intense and the incline is very intimidating, quite scary especially for first time riders.

We had a lovely tour of Alfama and the old towns of Portugal with insight into the history, culture and traditions of the locals. Our lovely tour guides Simon and Diana also briefly showed us the places known for nightlife, atmosphere and dining. The tour lasted about 3 hours and we got to try some savoury pastries along with a the local Ginja liqueur, and later one of the best natas in Lisbon. Overall a really nice experience, would highly recommend.

Manuel was a fantastic guide. We have been on a number of Segway tours in lots of cities but this was the best. What Manuel doesn’t know about Lisbon isn’t worth knowing. Great company and highly recommended.

We had a great Segway tour with Luis. The company did a good job keeping the groups smaller; we saw a number of guides going out with smaller groups. I was definitely nervous getting on a Segway for the first time but Luis was a great coach, had good tips and I really appreciated the time to practice in an area with a hill before we got started. Luis was a good storyteller and had a lot of historical info to share - I definitely feel like i learned some new things. The foodie part of the tour wasn't really the focus as much as other food tours we have been on, but that was fine. What food (and drink) we did have was very good and the scenery (and local cafe) we explored was fantastic. Definitely recommend this tour.

Great way to see the marvellous city of Lisboa. Tony was our perfect guide - funny, informative and attentive to all our group. My family and I had a fantastic time and would fully recommend to others. Segways are easy to get along with, especially with Tony's expertise and support. Lovely Tapas and drinks to finish off the tour with a special mention to the lovely Australian couple who were great company. Simon, Angela, Lauren and Leo x
