This trip, led by the one and only Typhoon Honey is a must do trip when visiting Saigon! It is highly enjoyable and educational, especially regarding brick making and coconut usage by the locals along the Mekong Delta. Our guide Typhoon was full of jokes and stories that made our trip even more entertaining!

The itinerary for this half day trip was good. No rush. Although it is just half a day. The journey to Mekong Delta, at Mekong Delta was made wonderful with the great engagement and explanation of the history and also lesson on climate changes affecting the delta and people by our guide Mr Tam. He is caring and ensure that all are well taken care of. Truly enjoyed the trip and acquired more knowledge by a city dweller. Stephen & Nancy from SG

Wanted a trip to the Mekong so got a recommendation from our hotel. Very happy and Jun was full of knowledge and humour. Great tour guide to spend a day with. Visited some interesting places like coconut factory, bamboo mattress making, brick making factory, fruit/vegetable market and took some interesting trips on a canoe ride, tuk tuk and tour boat down the river. Enjoyed a good lunch. Full filled day. Highly recommended.

I particularly enjoyed a Mekong Delta day trip enthusiastically recommended by my Caravelle Concierge and led by Ben Long, a recent college graduate (two years) and native of the Delta. Ben pointed out numerous sights in town, interspersing historical facts and anecdotes during our two hour drive which went quickly due to his skillful interractions with a diverse English speaking group from Australia, South Africa, the UK and NYC (me).  Our very full day included cycling, boat rides, a fine lunch and outstanding information about current and historical facts.  Even our comfort break along the way at a Farmer's Market was interesting; I found a bicycle powered "pickup" truck particularly interesting (photo attached). I took notes and photos like a student. A truly memorable experience. Note: Wear proper hiking shoes/sneakers; a lady in flip-flops flopped onto her bum in the mud, really putting her sense of humor to a test. No worries, though; we stopped at a flea market and all helped her find replacement footwear for her bare feet.

I took the excursión with Roy, he was súper Nice and explained me a Lot of interesting things about local life in the Mekong's Delta. He was very patient and friendly. The landscapes are beautyful. We took diferents transportation (bote, bike, triciclo) and visited diverse local activities. The food was delicious, local, with good products! Go with hungry because they will give you a big big lunch, incluidng fruits degustation. It is worthy!

My partner, Mark, and I recently went on the small group tour to Mekong Delta with Jun. Jun has extensive knowledge of life and history in Vietnam and we had a fantastic time on the tour. Cycling, boating, eating! We enjoyed it all. Highly recommend a day hanging out with Jun!
