Guide Remy was fun & knowledgeable. Everything laid back and comfortable pace. Program/list/map of where we went and chateau visited would have been helpful takeaway.

A great guide and beautiful location, but massively overpriced. The picnic lunch was a pre-packed wrap, literally one small piece of cheese each, and a little plate of cornichons and tomatoes. Not quite the sumptuous spread one might have in mind... The 5 glasses of wine are more like 5 thimbles, totalling maybe one glass of wine for the entire day. We were taken to 4 or 5 chateaus, and only offered tastings at 2. At some vineyards the guide told us how great the wine was and how it was amazing value...still no tastings and we were left to buy a bottle we didn't know if we'd enjoy! I could taste more wine going to the bottle shop near my house. All in all quite a strange experience for a wine tour. I wasn't expecting to be coming home drunk, but for 150 Euros per person I'd expect a little more generosity. We'd booked this for a 60th birthday trip for our Mum, and left quite disappointed at how badly we felt we'd been ripped off. We agreed this was probably the most ripped off we had ever felt on a travelling experience, and were particularly confused given the glowing reviews we've seen on TripAdvisor.

Theo is the Best! (Try to get him as your guide and not Hugo.) Bikes are old and not electric and the 2 winery visits are very basic. St.Emillion city walk is nice.

Book tour in English and 80% was in French ( after 20 min in French a 2 minute explanation in English) so it was slow and boring The lunch was not as presented like in the pictures that you advertise with table was not setup And had raps in a box after they pass a plate and no cutlery only one knife for everyone

Fun tour and a great way to spend a day seeing the countryside around St. Emilion as well as spending some time in the village itself.
