Great and fast access to the Colosseum and surround areas. Good overview both the Guide and Archeologist. Down side...both of them spoke to a level as if we were historians or archeologists ourselves. Tour ran almost an hour long to 4 hrs, and it was not so to crowds...Not advised for kids, teenagers or those looking for the cliff notes. But you can’t beat the access it provides.

We had Vincenzo do our tour and he was amazing, so much knowledge and so very friendly. Unfortunately the weather was so bad we could not do the underground part of the Colosseum but the upside of that was we got to keep Vincenzo for the entire tour. I was supposed to receive a refund for not being able to do the underground part of the tour but that never happened. This is the only reason I give a lower rating.

Got too see the Colosseum without the crowds. There were more people on the tour then we're supposed to be, but the tour was great.

  • 29-Oct-2019

Was a great tour. Our guide was very knowledge, and great to be in a small group. Seeing and understanding the conditions of the slaves to make the Colosseum work was fascinating. Would highly recommend.

We had a very nice tour and Giulia was a fantastic guide. It was really interesting to see the underground floor of the Roman Colosseum and as a bonus we got also to see the third floor where we had the chance to admire the beautiful view. Palatine Hill was also great and we really enjoyed the ruins of the imperial palace. The Roman Forum was also nice. This was definitely a tour to remember and we highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience with Vinchenzo. He was quite knowledgeable and fun in his presentation. After flying all night and rushing to meet with him he kept a very tired and weary American very interested in his every word.

We met our guide and immediately started with an educational tour of the Palestine Hill and other ruins. Along the way our guide answered everything related to the ruins as well as other questions. We had a separate guide for the Colosseum tour... We never waited in any lines and had access to restricted areas. I would do this tour again.

Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and really wanted to help us understand what we were seeing. We got so much more our of this with this tour than if we had walked this area on our own.

  • 23-Aug-2019

Tour guide was great! She knew so much! It wouldn't have been the dance experience without her. Bring a hat, sunscreen, water, 90 plus degrees at 1pm.

Fantastic tour guide. So knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this to others. Loved the small group - which turned out to be private as the other party didn't show.
