Hi, the tour was exactly as described, and the guide was superb. Alice was the best tour guide anyone cuould ask for.

Lovely, informative tour guide Alicia with excellent English skills. However, tour poorly organised with three different itineraries in the same minibus. The others had not booked for all three attractions, so were told they would need to pay the extra for entry fees, or wait in the minibus. Needless to say, they were less than impressed. Too much time spent at unscheduled shopping stops and not enough time at the main attractions 40mins Banpo, less than 2 hours Terracotta Warriors and less than 1 hour Huaqing on what was a full day tour. Driver was quite abrupt and tried to drop me off a block away from my hotel on return. Lunch was just ok, and I had to pay an extra 30 CYN for a cup of tea! Having said that, it was a convenient way to get around and the attractions themselves were wonderful.

The trip was fine, however, this was not a small group. We were 16 people in that tour which I hardly consider small. However, everything went smoothly and the guides were really great.
