  • Our Christmas Tour was really amazing! We enjoyed it very much, because our guide new about everything we asked and showed us all the nice Christmas markets around.

  • Dace was outstanding and gave a lot of information. I'm sure the tour without the Christmas markets would be even more interesting. If you go at Christmas make sure to do the Karlplatz Christmas market as it is much more traditional than the other markets which have a lot of commercial factory made things as opposed to Karlplatz which is clearly a lot of local crafts. Dace does like to show the churches which were all different and interesting but if churches are not your thing....

  • This was a wonderful tour. Guide was very knowledgeable about Vienna. She was very personable and talked almost the entire time.
Answered all of our questions and took us to all the normal tourist places and the out of the way places too.
    Would highly recommend this tour.

  • This tour is a solid introduction to major sites, and if it's your first time in Vienna, it's a great way to cover a lot of ground. Dace was our guide, and she was better than other guides that we've had in Vienna. At times, it was difficult to hear her no radios or headphones, and I didn't feel like we got a lot of history about Vienna. She did provide some commentary about the various Christmas markets that we visited, but there was not much discussion about tradition or the significance of them. Overall, it's a great introduction to Vienna though, so I think it's a good tour to do, especially if it's your first trip.

  • You need to do this tour to get the best view of Vienna possible! Nothing is better than walking around town with a guide! It's better than a bus tour! I wouldn't have known where to visit but she showed me more than I ever could have imagined!! Even if you aren't a big fan of Christmas markets, it's worth the city tour that's included. The architecture is so incredible! I was also excited when she pointed out the stand that created the first snowglobe and traditional gifts and food at the markets! We even rode the rail car to the Belvedere which was so fun!! I'd recommend this for anyone who wants to really see Vienna!!

  • Super fun and very good tour with Dace, our extremely knowledgeable guide. She knows EVERYTHING about the downtown parts of Vienna we toured. She took us to several Christmas markets and pointed out really interesting architectural features. We walked a total of probably 4 miles over 3 hours, but it felt like much less because we had such fun.

  • Lovely walking tour around the city. Our tour guide Dace was very knowledgeable and gave us great information on the history of some of the buildings. We visitied perhaps 5 or 6 very different christmas markets selling a variety of beautiful locally made goods varying from handmade pupets, to christmas ornaments, to local cheese. Make sure to try the warm berry punch! A lovely way to see the city and buy some brilliant souvenirs in a very different light :

  • I really enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it. Our very knowledgeable and awesome guide, Dace Schaefer took us on a fabulous tour of not only several Vienna Christmas markets but also gave us a great over view and insight into this lovely city. It was fun and a great tour.
