We really enjoyed the challenge of the blind tasting, as we are experienced wine enthusiasts. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the wine blending to discern the differences between East and West Bank, and ultimately how blending the wines made both better.
This was both fun and educational experience. We learned about the wines of France with a focus on the Bordeaux region.
Friendly. Knowledgeable. Fun. Great atmosphere. Learned a lot! Recommend to anyone from nice to more experienced.
Came to Paris with girlfriends and this was the perfect experience before heading to the vineyards. Carol was so fun and knowledgeable. She made the experience 100% wonderful. Would totally recommend this!
My friend and I had a wonderful morning learning about (and tasting!) wine. Hugo covered a lot of ground in the session but in a very engaging way. I came away with a much better understanding and the servings of wine were very generous! Would definitely recommend.
Great experience. We learned a lot and the professionalism was fantastic. Highly recommend. We wish we had also booked the afternoon excursions to the wineries.
Very informative and fun with plenty of tasting. Excellent host / presenter. Great to do with other like minded people.
Our instructor Hugo was an excellent communicator. He knows about wine and how they are made, how to distinguish between them, and share his stories. Highly recommend.
I learned many things about French wines and the regions. And we had more than 5 glasses of different wines to taste, with some snacks to pairing with. I had a great time and next time I’ll bring my frd to join again .
What an incredible experience. Remi taught us so much more about wine than all my years at wineries. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and make this one of the best experiences of our whole trip! Highly recommend!!
