We had Roberto as our guide and Carlos as our driver. Carlos was very pleasant. Roberto was exceptional. His main focus was to not only educate us, but also ensure that we were enjoying our tour by not rushing us throughout the activities. He was extremely polite and respectful and made sure that whatever we needed, it was taken care of. I highly recommend Roberto as your guide. Plus, he speaks English, Spanish and French! The only thing I would say should be different about the tour is more time in the ocean snorkling for turtles. It was very hard to spot the turtles even though the guides were very good with pointing them out to us. But it seemed like a very fast excursion of the ocean turtles. The Cenotes and Sacred Shamanic Ceremony was exceptional. Highly recommend it.

So great! Our guide Carlos was very fun and knowledgeable, and we had a wonderful time. The reef was amazing, and we saw sea turtles, many different fish, and sting rays! The Cenote was wonderful as well, and a very cool experience. One thing that ended up being included while we were at Chikinha, was ziplining! All around, a very fun day.

Swimming with the turtles was an unforgettable experience. It was perfect to do this activity first then go to the cenotes.
The Mayan ceremony in the dry cenote was fantastically mesmerizing and swimming in the other 2 cenotes was really cool.
The cheese and chicken empanadas were a welcome treat once the activities were done and we needed these more than our stomachs knew.
