We had an amazing day with Juho! We were a group of 4 - and it was just us. We were kitted out quickly and efficiently then headed to the yurt for lunch. We had two veggies and the food spread was incredible! It was all heated on the fire and we enjoyed as much as we wanted with hot chocolates! Juho was knowledgeable and informative. We then headed out on the snowmobiles again to the husky driving. The husky was amazing and it was lovely to see how much the dogs wanted to do it! We all got a chance to drive then had time to pet then afterwards as well as meeting the puppies. Then, we went to the reindeer (same place). We met the reindeers then headed out on a really relaxing sleigh ride under blankets before heading back to hot drinks and cinnamon buns by the fire. It was lovely to know they live a semi-wild life in the summer 🥰 Thank you to Juho and both the husky and reindeer teams.

Poorly organised from the beginning a lot of waiting around, 2 lovely guides though, 90% of this tour is on the mobiles, children only given one thin blanket to share, were crying for most of the day due to the extreme cold, waiting around and going at a snails pace between the venues. The time spent with the husky’s and reindeer was very rushed and over in minutes. My biggest recommendation for the tour operator is to forget about the sausage in a dark cold teepee pointless waste of time when visitors could enjoy a nice lunch at the reindeer farm this would be much better. If I could do it again I would book separately to avoid the rushing around, the husky’s are based at Santa Claus village anyway so you don’t need to go through a operator for this experience.

Great fun riding the snowmobiles and seeing the huskies. Well worth paying the extra 15 euros to have a longer husky ride. You only need to pay for one of you to drive the snowmobile as you can swap over and save your thumb a bit as it does ache after a while. They give you all the warm clothes you'll need. Nice refreshments en route. The reindeer ride was great fun too. Terrific buffet lunch in a really lovely hotel restaurant.Really cool experience all round. You can park right out the front - a bit hard to find but you can walk through Santa's village too.

Coming back from the trip with friends, and while very happy in general, some organizational issues with Lapland Welcome are the only downsides. We've booked airport transfers, Iglu building, snowmobile northern lights and snowmobiles+reindeer+husky rides. 1) Airport transfer, booked a few days before arrival. The price turned out to be 60Euro /per person/ for both ways transfer, which was surprising(2-3x from what regular taxi asked), but I hoped the convenience would be good. Paid the invoice 36h before arrival, emailed 3 times asking for confirmation and didn't get a reply. When landed - we saw no one waiting :( With no reply from the office - hopped on a bus for 10Euro and were totally cool. Got an email from LW shortly after saying the driver was there, though late. To their credit, they've refunded inbound part of the payment, thanks! 2) Iglu building - great experience, awesome guide, all was great! 3) Northern light on snowmobiles - all great, fun track, the light - all was great again :) 4) Snowmobile+Reindeer+Husky - awesome trip by itself, but the organization got messy as well. Starting from the bus for our group being 40 minutes late and everybody waiting outside the office in the cold. When we've got to the snowmobile - we've been trying to catch up, but when arrived to the reindeer farm - were waiting for 40 more minutes to get a 5 minute reindeer ride. At that point everyone was really freezing, not in a fun way. Once done we drove to the tipi for lunch and warmth, hut the tipi turned out to be occupied by other group, so we've been left outside. Thanks to our awesome guide though, who was caring for us a lot all that time - we've got some fire outside, got warmer and got some lunch there. Still, 40 minutes freezing outside for a sausage. After that the temperature was a bit better and the husky rides and coming back all were good. Overall - great trip by itself, but the delays and waiting in the cold due to organization issues is what made it questionable. 5) Having issues with the transfer on the first day, we've mailed about the pickup back 2 days in advance, getting a confirmation for 12:00 pickup. However, even at 12:15 no one came. Around 12:25 a taxi showed up and got us to the airport. Interesting - the taxi was a regular one, and the meter at the end was saying 30Euro, which the driver said Lapland Welcome pays be invoice, while charging us 90 euro :( To bottom line - want to highlight that the trips and especially the guides were really great! :) But the transfer and organization were really bad, with the last one getting us to the airport 30 minutes later and 3x the price it should be. Really hope those things could be improved, hopefully it's just a peak season glitch. Also hope that we'll be able to make our flight.. :) It's very narrow chance at that point

We booked the Snowmobile Safari to Reindeer and Husky Farms from Rovaniemi through our Chase credit card and had a fantastic day. We took advantage of the warm gear provided at the office and had a blast riding on the snowmobiles. The reindeer farm was very cool and we enjoyed the ride and hearing about how the farm is run. Lunch in the teepee was also cool...and there was much more food than we could eat. Dogsledding at the husky park was probably our favorite part of the day, and we also enjoyed learning about the dogs and playing with the new puppies. Our guide for the day was awesome and really made the whole tour more fun. This tour made for one of my favorite days of our trip--I would highly recommend it.

If you think it will be 33% on each activity then you will be upset. The snowmobile is their bread and butter so it does dominate. We went on a nice ride through frozen forests, lakes and tunnels to husky farm. A quick high speed lap and look around the remote farm before another long snow mobile through beautiful snow to a remote reindeer farm. Another lap with some mental deers with minds of their own before snowmobile back home. Scenes were amazing, we were kept refreshed and saw a great way of life and have hundreds of photos and videos.

We booked a 6 hours snowmobile tour with ice fishing included. Our German guide was really nice and experienced. He did an outstanding job throughout the whole tour. I will strongly recommend this tour to any adventurous person.
