The most memorable parts were the olive oil tasting and the cheese making. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name who taught us about olive oil and cheese making but he was excellent. We learned a lot. Also the tastings were absolutely great. We bought some of the oils and I cannot wait to use them. The tour of the lemon farm was also very good and very informative. However, this is not a pizza making class. Yes you pat down your own dough and swirl your sauce on, but many of us thought we would learn how to make it from scratch. I gave only 4 stars as I believed we were learning about pizza making and lemoncello making from the description. The tour description is very misleading. However, we very much enjoyed learning about cheese making. Plus the ride up to the cheese making was fun. The staff from start to finish were excellent.

Very informative and entertaining time learning about the process to make mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, olive oil, and lemon cello. Only suggestion for improvement would be to get deeper and more options into how to make the crust and more variety of the toppings. Actually let the participants add their own cheese and toppings to individualize their own creation.

I think the event was mediocre at best. There was a lot of hype about a small family farm that has a few chickens, 1 cow, 2 goats and 3 pigs and some lemon trees. Food was a bland spaghetti. I’m not sure why they’re doing a tour… ?

Such a great experience. We got to walk through the farm where they grow the lemons along with many other fruits and vegetables. Then we got to taste some incredible cheese and olive oil including watching parts of the making of ricotta and mozzarella. Then we got to take part in making our own pizza with simple but delicious fresh ingredients. The only thing I would suggest is that if you get bitten by mosquitoes easily, make sure you bring some repellent. When we walked through the lemon trees I got eaten alive, but it was well worth it!! Overall amazing experience.

Outstanding! Plenty of cheeses, Limoncello and 1 pizza each person! Fantastic family run business with history of village and excellent tour of lemon farm. Hidden gem. Recommended by friends and glad we went. Cheese making lesson with Benedetto was awesome! Salvatore driving in mini Ferrari was great!

What a wonderful experience that everyone should do if you're in the area! Three families run a small business and walk through of their farm including the lemon grove, olive oil tasting, cheesemaking cooking show style, and pizza making. Our hosts were extremely engaging and (almost) everyone in the family is involved including their kids.

Great tours. The gentleman I was communicating with about the tour did not know times.. very frustrating when he told me it would be finished at 6:45pm. I canceled our dinner reservations and arranged a car to pick us up at 6:45pm. But the tour was actually done at 1:30. Big big difference

We had amazing time with our family (2 kids 11 and 14)! Benedetto and his family were the best! From lemonade, touring the lemon trees, to a crazy drive up a narrow path (so much fun) to olive oil tasting, wine, cheese making and tasting and then the grand finale…. Pizza with Elsa and Frankie!!! My family will remember this experience forever. It was a highlight of our Italian holiday!

Hands down, this was the best part of our trip! We were transported into a little video about 15 minutes out of Sorrento to meet Elsa and her family. We first were offered a drink at the local corner shop adjacent to her family’s restaurant before beginning our tour in the village church. We were shown round their farm and it was very informative and facinating. We then got a tuc tuc up to her cousins farm where we got to taste oils, cheese along with some red wine. Mozzarella was made infront of our eyes and we got to taste the final product. It was all topped off with pizza making and some wine. Our 8 year old adored the whole trip (the dogs and cats on the farm helped). I would advise anyone wanting a family orientated day out, away from the hustle and bustle to go on this trip!

Lots of detail given, even more than was expected. This brought the experience to life even more. Really enjoyable, and host was excellent in informing all of what was happening and revolving all in the experience.
