Had the most amazing experience on the island. The staff were so welcoming and the activities were excellent. Highly rate the snorkelling. Soga the scuba instructor was so helpful and gave the best tour I could have asked for. Would highly recommend the first dive experience!

This was an amazing trip. We would all highly recommend it. Also, I would suggest you spring for the full day - the half day is not enough and is too rushed (that being said, the full day is probably just a tad too long). If you want a leisurely Fijian pace, the full day is the best way to get this. We went with our 7 and 4 year old kids. Hotel Transfers (large airconditioned coach) were easy and punctual. The boat to get there took about 30-45mins. There are plenty of shady spots on the island, but I would recommend finding one in your ideal location quickly before attending the briefing. Life jackets are plenty. Snorkelling gear is also plenty, but you do need to get in quick. Apart from Scuba, and outer reef snorkelling, the shore activities are 'self-serve' but this works well and gives you a lot of freedom. My wife did the 35 minute scuba - only cost $199FJD (about $135AUD) - the cheapest scuba dive we have ever seen. She couldn't stop talking about it afterwards especially after seeing a 2.5m reef shark. I took my 7 year-old kayaking twice (once in the morning and again in the afternoon - she loved it that much). Both kids loved the submersible - my 4 year old went on it twice he loved it so much. There were only one or two paddleboards and about 6-7 kayaks (some two-person (could fit a third small human too) and some single). Beach volleyball was actually more fun than I thought it would be. Plenty of time to relax on the deck chairs. Lunch was great. Drinks were as described - as much as you want of beer (Fiji Gold and Fiji Bitter), wine (white and red) and soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, bottled water). Decent toilets. There is also a small pool which is 1m at the shallow end and 1.8 at the deep end. I would also recommend not going on a Sunday so that you can see the musical group and dancing display which is about 20-30mins long and entertaining. My daughter loved this. The only negative issue was the reef shore - high density of coral on the sand - it isnt really a 'sandy' beach (though there is sand) - its more of a 'coral' beach. I would highly recommend reef shoes or slippers to help you navigate this. This also took some getting used to. In terms of safety, I think that if you are sensible, it is very safe. All in all it was great value and the whole family enjoyed it.

Advertisement photos were better than what the island actually looked like. The sand was not as white as shown on ad. Only one part of the island was accessible to visitors. Activities, lunch and drinks were provided as part of the price. Glass bottom submersible was fun but the water was murky, reducing visibiity, otherwise it woud have been good. Staff were friendly.

A fabulous fun filled day which included a delicious lunch and unlimited beverages (including water, wine, beer and sodas). The island is gorgeous and relaxing with nice snorkeling around the island. An on site dive center is also available should you wish to rent gear or go out on an excursion (these options are extra). Highly recommend for the whole family (or solo travelers such as myself!)

Our day was beautiful from The culture performance, to the beautiful water and sand. There was something for everyone. Glad we stayed for the full day. For next time defo need to bring an under water case to capture those special memories

Scuba diving, glass bottomed sub, lunch & beach time were great. Found it difficult to walk on the loose sand, but that was because of my foot issues.

We went on this trip as a family of 5 (3 adults & 2 kids - 7 & 9 years old). We would absolutely recommend this tour! We had a large bus pick us up from the Hotel drive us to the marina and were instructed till on what to do and where to go. When we boarded the boat the staff were very helpful & friendly. the cruise over was quite pleasant and not rocky at all.The boat docked out on the water & we had to get on smaller boats to get to the island. As we approached the island the staff welcomed us with some traditional singing. As you get to the island grab sun lounges that are in the shade! There’s a pool in the middle of the island. The bar serves beers & wines & soft drinks (all included in the ticket price), there’s also a bar with cocktails, snack & ice cream that is at your own cost. There are numerous hammocks… bean bags…. Picnic spots available. While on the island there’s mini cruises that will take you out to do snorkelling out in sea & glass bottom viewing of the coral. Snorkelling gear, kayaks & paddle boarding is readily available & for your use all day long! There’s also scuba diving lessons for those over the age of 10…. And scuba tours for those more advanced. For lunch there’s a delicious bbq buffet with a ton of food and Fijian performances. We also had a glorious massage which was well priced (FJ$45 for half an hour and incredible!) The sand is super spiky and I would recommend reef shoes! The snorkelling was INCREDIBLE!!!! Soooooo much to see! There’s also a little market to buy some souvenirs. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Make sure you pack sunblock!!!! Towels & hat.

This was a fantastic day trip for families, would highly recommend it. Quick boat ride then lots of time on the island. I'd recommend the full day rather than half day as morning seemed to have more settled seas so much better snorkeling in the morning (low tide was also best for snorkeling). Plenty of salad and meat choices and lunch and lots of spots to sit and relax on the island.
