Here you will have breathtaking panoramic views of the most remote, interior regions of the highlands. Long ribbons of ash-colored ice flow from the hillsides. A remarkable and memorable experience seeing Slheimajkull Glacier and its utter beauty. Ponder the unearthly basalt columns in Reynisfjara and stroll along the spirited, black sand beaches of Dyrholaey. • Great trip. Our guide,Greta, provided loads of information about all the sights we were viewing as well as insights in living in Iceland. She conducted the tour in such a way as to make the most of our limited daylight.

  • A fantastic journey. The black sand beaches and waterfalls a must see. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the terrain and surrounding volcanic areas and we also learned a lot about the Icelandic volcanoes and stopped on the way back to Reykjavik at the new volcano museum.. The small group is the way to go.

  • Great tour and excellent guide
