Know More about this tour

During your time at Tamborine, you will have free time at the popular Gallery Walk - Queensland's premier Arts and Craft district. There is an eclectic range of clothing, jewelry, and art galleries, fudge and sweet shops, wine tasting centres, boutique brewery and much more.
Whilst in the Springbrook National Park we travel through the Numinbah Valley with its valleys, escarpments and forests until we reach the Natural Bridge Section. Take an hours walk through the magnificent rainforest to Cave Creek where we will see the waterfall tumble into the Cave below.
Of course glow worms only glow at night. So how do we see them on a daytime tour? We take you to the award winning Cedar Creek Glow Worm caves that have been specially constructed to turn daylight into nighttime with the thousands of glow worms enjoying ideal conditions. The best way to see them!
We visit the Joalah National Park and take a walk through the rainforest to Curtis Falls. Apart from viewing the picturesque falls and the Cedar Creek, this is a great spot for spotting some iconic bird life such as the Rainbow Lorikeet, kookaburra, King Parrot, and colourful Rosella. You may even see the shy pademelons (small rainforest wallabies).
From high above on Tamborine Mountain look down into the spectacular Canungra Valley. See the mountains that make up the remnants of a massive volcano on this site.

We loved the nature walks, with the natural bridge being our favorite. James was a good host and terrific at spotting koalas (3- believe it or not), wallabies, and kangaroos in the wild. Wonderful day.

James is knowledgeable and friendly, but some of his jokes about Ireland were not appreciated. He could drive, chat, and look for koalas at the same time, which is amazing!

The most memorable was the excursion itself. And the guide was very good, informative, and interested himself. Just we had to be Australians or born English speakers. Two Japanese ladies agreed with me that very little could be understood of the nice stuff that was told.

We were disappointed with the tour - too much time was spent on the minibus with quite short stops at the Falls. Also our guide was constantly having to hurry the other passengers up whenever we stopped which added to the time spent at the attractions. We would have preferred something with more hiking involved - so not really the tour for us.

I really like Natural Bridge, it’s so beautiful there. I’ll go there again if I have time. The guide is also a good guy. He’s so experienced

Our guide James was lovely but I think the group were a tough crowd. The day started with a pair of travellers being 20 mins late which put us behind schedule. James kept a smile in his face and took us to all the scheduled stops in the tour. He also went out of his way to ensure we saw as much wildlife as possible. A good tour overall.

It was all good, the driver/tour guide was really informative and went out of his way to find us nice spots to see animals and birds.

Excellent small group trip to see beautiful, natural spots near the city. Brian was an excellent driver and guide, spending time to answer many questions and manage a good pace with the mix of people on the tour. The rainforests are the highlight, with great views of the waterfalls. The glow worm cave was cool. Pick-up in the city was easy and a ~10 minute walk downhill from central station.

Our tour guide (Brian) was amazing!! He was personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to speak with everyone, answer questions, etc. It was cold and rainy but Brian made the day fun and interesting. Tambourine & Spring Brook were beautiful - would definitely recommend this tour.

The waterfall rainforest walk was beautiful. The tour guide, James l, was very knowledgeable and made a great effort to keep an eye out for wildlife. We saw a wallaby with Joey on the pouch, a brush turkey, and of course a few kangaroo’s. Plus the glow worms.
