We really enjoyed this tour. We were picked up at the cruise terminal; it was very convenient. We made some stops at hotels along the way to pickups a few others. So very accomodating for both cruise ship and hotel guests. We were driven to the harbor where the boat was waiting. There was a pleasant boat ride to our first stop. We got in the water and held some starfish. Our next stop was to see the stingrays. We saw and touched lots of stingrays. One of the ship's crew took pictures that you can buy. Our final stop was to the coral garden to snorkel There were lots of pretty fish to see and more stingrays.

The captain of the boat was great. He got in the water with us during each stop and made sure we all got to see the different things in the water. He was very involved in making sure everyone had a good time. The rest of the crew was helpful too.

No complaints at all with the tour. If you want to see and touch starfish and stingrays, this is the tour for you. Also if you like snorkeling this is a good opportunity.

Had a lovely day in Grand Cayman.
The team are professional and dedicated in their line of work.
They are encouraging and will attend to your needs.
    Highly recommended.
Not to mention the Capt Robert who drives the van to collect the guest to the pier where the boat is.
This man has a big heart.
Thank you Capt Robert and to the whole crew of Rowan's
Will definitely book again if I will visit Grand Cayman in the future

This was the perfect 1/2 day for our family of 4. The first stop was Starfish beach, which has very calm, shallow water. We saw probably 10 starfish all together in the shallow water. You can gently hold them as long as you keep them under water. Other families snorkeled in deeper water around the boat and saw more starfish and fish. The next stop was Stingray City, which was full of other boats and people, but there was still plenty of room for everyone to swim and mingle with the stingrays. The boat captain will help you hold and feed a stingray, and one of the crew members will take photos which he will later offer to sell you. It was $20 for one photo, $40 for 2, or $60 for all the photos he takes of your group. I wish we had posed for more photos and purchased them all for $60. The last stop was the coral garden, above 12' deep waters. The crew will offer life jackets if you want (I took one for myself so I could help my 7-year-old). The snorkeling there was out of this world! Thousands of schools of bright blue fish, many stingrays, and beautiful coral. Probably the best snorkeling I've ever done! I highly recommend this tour for your family. You see everything you came to the Caymans to see!

These guys are awesome! They took us to some beautiful places in Grand Cayman. The crew was outstanding and very hospitable. Definitely recommend using this team for this excursion.

This was one of the excursions we were excited and looking forward to do and definitely one we would remember! Our captain and guides (I'm sorry I can't remember their names) were very friendly and told us what the plan was ahead of time and we were right on schedule. Starfish beach was great! They gathered the starfish so we could take pictures and touch them. Next up was swimming with the stingrays and it was a once in a lifetime experience! We were able to take pictures with them and feed them. Just note, they'll take pictures for you in which you have the option to buy later (it was worth the pay!). They gave us plenty of time to interact with the stingrays and we weren't rushed at all. Snorkeling was great too- we saw different fishes and the coral reefs. We would definitely book this tour again!

From the start it felt like our boat captain wasn't thrilled with his job and when we got to each location, it was just a rush...Get off the boat...20 minutes later...get on the boat! At the "snorkeling stop" there were so many other people there that you were constantly getting kicked in the head just trying to find a little space of your own to go under water. The water was beautiful and it was cool to hold the stingrays, but again, everything was rushed. Starfish were few and far between. We kept inquiring with the captain about arrival time back to the port because our ship left earlier than others, and he dismissed our concerns and kept saying that we don't really need to be concerned about what the boat said about last tenders. Let's just say our family of 4 along with about 6 other people were RUNNING to the tender after we had the van pull over in traffic just to make the last tender. Wouldn't do it again. Look for a smaller tour...Wouldn't recommend this "mass production."

We were on a Princess cruise ship and booked this tour with Viator instead of the cruise ship company. The tour group tent was right off the ship and easy to find. The bus transport to the boat was crammed with several people having to sit on jump seats on the isle.

The boat and the crew were good and the stops to Stingray City, Coral Bay and Starfish beach did not disappoint.

    Overall a good tour.

First, we waited almost 20 min on people from local hotels who were late arriving which was annoying. Took about a 20-30 min boat ride and first stop was Starfish which was maybe 10 min and a handful of Starfish at most / it was a waste of time. Then we went to Stingray City which was by far the best part except it was crowded and even though our group was small, we didn’t even get to spend time with the Stingray before time was up but there were many of them swimming around and it was still cool. Last, they stopped for snorkeling which was probably 20 min or so. We barely made it back to the boat on time. We kept telling the driver that the last render was at 2:15 but he just kept saying it would be fine and dropped us off at 2:20. There was a line and it was fine but it was a little scary for a min lol

Basically, you could do an excursion to just Stingray City for those that don’t care to snorkel and skip Starfish.
