Food was cold. Meat was unchewable. The ride was pleasant and staff was nice but food was really not eatable and drinks were unimpressive

Loved! Loved! Loved!
We had such a good time on this cruise! New Orleans sunset over the Mississippi was just out of this world! And the food was amazing too! -
Dinner was very good. Information given during the cruise was very interesting. We enjoyed seeing the engine room in motion. If it could have started one hour earlier, it would have been better to enjoy the sights while it was light outside.

The boat is beautiful. My husband especially enjoyed the tour of the engine room. We ate snacks. There was a dinner you could purchase ahead of time. The Jazz band was very good. I was surprised people were smoking on the boat. Bummer!
-
Very pleasant evening aboard a historic steam paddle wheeler. One of 2 still operating in USA. The food was mediocre, not great. Probably fairly to be expected when serving so many folks so quickly.
-
We had a beautiful evening. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. It was the perfect ending to our trip.

There was a middle age women working on boat that saw that I was in pain. Talked to her Boss
and assisted me in side with my two mentally challenged daughters. Not only did she help with getting me into a warmer area of the ship but also assisted with getting our meals to the table. The crew said. she always has a smile and positive attitude and loves people. She should get a raise. Not sure but I think her name was Rita.. -
Fabulous time, it's was 'charming and despite some negative comments regarding dinner, my husband and I found the meal beautiful.

I have to be honest, I wasn’t super excited about this but it was a must do for our travel companions. IT WAS AWESOME!!!! The river trip was so fun, staff was nice and the band killed it. I wasn’t even sure I liked jazz music but it was so amazing. We are so happy that we did it! Don’t miss your opportunity for this river cruise.
