10:00am - 5:00pm - Frequency of departures every 35 mins. Last departure for full tour from Stop 1 is at 3:15pm

We purchased the hop on hop off tickets to ride and use the Wi-Fi. However, after getting on the bus, the Wi-Fi did not work. We inquired to the driver and he said none of the buses have Wi-Fi at work. It had been a problem for a long time. We are requesting a refund because it is false advertisement. Very disappointed that the buses clearly indicate Wi-Fi and none of it works.

Well, we should have just hopped off ….. the driver did circles literally and skipped a stop. The overall tour as far as places to see were okay, the language narration devices were hard to figure out where to get them and the people coordinating the ticket booth were haphazard at best ….. yikes

The boat experience was excellent but the bus was a nightmare. We sat on a bus by cruise terminal for over 30 minutes and bus driver did not announce or tell us why the delay. Two buses came but wouldn’t let us get on after our driver told us to get on the new bus. It was awful. So awful I’m requesting a refund. No communication on the stops etc. will not recommend to my traveling friends.

Try to get on three different hop on hop off buses and all 3 of them rejected my ticket. Your site says downlarld red ss app and i did and still the bus driver said nope!

There were 2 competing Hop on/off services. Both services offered buses and boat. The 2 services' vehicles looked almost identical but were not interchangeable. The "Red" service had more buses and boats than the "Green" service. Tourists were sold either service by official booths or freelance sellers in red uniforms. There were many incidents when tourists were refused transport because they had the wrong ticket, many were upset. There seemed to be no price difference between services. It was a shambles recognised by operators of both services.

My family and I waited for 45min waiting on the bus, it never showed up. We took Uber to continue on the boat tour instead. Then caught the bus.

The Hop on Hop off spend 45 minutes at a ship terminal when 4 other buses were there. It was very disorganized. The bus did not follow the route posted on line or on the map and the driver did not announce the stops.

The boat trip was very nice. The bus was a bit crowded in the morning but it got better later on. This is an easy way to see all the interesting places in Stockholm.
