This was such an amazing experience and worth the added expense for the opportunity to get so close to this ancient site. Windsor Castle was still closed, due to the passing of Queen Elizabeth II and that was a bit disappointing, but very understandable.

Very well organized with wonderful commentary by historian and retired royal bodyguard Andy. Access to the inner circle of Stonehenge was out of this world.

  • 25-Sep-2022

Being able to go inside the Inner Circle is the only way to really fully experience Stonehenge and you can only do this with a few tours. Manon was our guide for the day along with Chris at the Stones and we were allowed a good amount of time inside the circle. They were both informative and fun. It was also historical to be at Windsor and see all the flowers and preparation for the Queen.

We had a good trip to Stonehenge, learning history of London and Windsor along the way. Inner circle access allowed us to get up close to the stones and it was a wonderful experience. Our tour guides Chris and Manon are very knowledgeable and Lee is a great driver. Highly recommend!

If you are thinking about visiting Stonehenge, do it with this tour. Manon was so knowledgeable about Windsor Castle and the Royals and the history. Then Stonehenge, she gave us a lot of information that was fascinating. We then had Chris who works for the Heritage lead us to the inner circle. He is a wealth of knowledge and quite funny. Lee smoothly guided our coach through the countryside and city. In the city, Manon again gave us interesting details about buildings and the area we were driving through. Please do this trip, it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity that most people to Stonehenge will never get, and you will never forget it.

Our guide Nicholas was incredible. He filled the drive with a fun (and complete!) history of the British monarchy, history of Stonehenge and the myths and oral history hints around it. He had a great sense of humor. The Windsor stop was great and we had time to have a nice pub lunch and explore the castle. The real highlight was the inner circle tour of Stonehenge. We had ample time to quietly explore they stones in a quiet small group. A truly memorable experience.

Great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Weather was amazing. In general it was a great day and so worth the price.

Our tour guide made a home difference to have a very enjoyable experience. We were very impressed with Simon’s knowledge and narrative skills. Thanks Simon for the stories and educating us on things we always heard but never knew where they came from

  • 17-Aug-2022

This was a lovely, once in a lifetime experience! Simon, our guide, was great and we really enjoyed his banter. The Tour had more than 55 people on it so they had to split the groups time in the circle which was a shame and made it feel rushed. While we were walking around Windsor the group was so big that the headphones got out of range quickly from the guide at the front and we missed some of the tour because the equipment wasn’t working. I would say that I would use this tour again. It was a unique and wonderful experience. Other than that it was a lovely tour,
