It was a great Tour, whether it was perfect outside, we received a good information from our Lady guide.

  • 10-Aug-2023

Too late arrival, a standard route with a buss with dirty windows and only a driver, so being dependent on guests to spot any wildlife. Positive thing: good and interesting talk during the tour by the guide.

We had a great morning with Phoebe showing us some beautiful sights around Banff from some wonderful lookout locations

We got picked up from our hotel and off we went, collecting other guests. Bus was full. Stopped off at (in no particular order) Bow Falls, which was beautiful, had a whirl round the outside of the Fairmont Hotel, Surprise Corner, Lake Minniewanka where we were had refreshments if so desired, Hoodoos trail where we saw Elk in the distance and Bankhead Ghost Town. Our driver was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He did say at the beginning that this was essentially a tour of Banff - if we saw any wildlife it was a bonus. If you are doing this tour purely for spotting a plethora of wildlife, you may be disappointed. A fantastic way to spend half a day.

Jeff was a fantastic driver /host. He provided a lot of information on the tour. I was just disappointed that we didn’t see any wildlife.

  • 06-Aug-2023

We booked a wildlife tour if Banff. This was a tour of Banff tourism sites We already saw all of these in another tour. It was misrepresented.

Stunning scenery, good variety of things to see. Guide Jake was knowledgeable and funny. Happy to see wild life so close.

Tour was awesome. I learned so much from the tour guide. Vans are comfortable and pick up and drop off was a breeze. I would take this tour again!!

We went on the wildlife tour and were hoping to see some wildlife. We did see some elk, and then the tour went to places we had seen the day before like Bow Fall, and surprise corner, and Lake Minnewanka. I had thought the tour would take us different places to see wildlife. The leaders were great tho! Piper you are awesome!

Tour is short as advertised. Bus was very comfortable and clean. It’s a quick 3 hour tour around Banff. We saw a couple of elk. You’re not going to see an abundance of wildlife close to town. We did see some places that we were able to walk back to later on our own. Eli our guide/driver was very personable and kept us entertained. He was very accommodating taking photos for people and answering questions. If your time is limited like ours was this gives you a snapshot of Banff. Based on the bus and guide I would recommend taking one of their all days tours if you have more time.
