Pésima atención , la guía desapareció tuvimos que subir 6 pasajeros por nuestra cuenta.llegamos a recepcionar pasamos seguridad y no espero al resto del grupo,al llamar por teléfono muy descortés, mal trato y me cortaron la llamada 3 veces.estoy haciendo el reclamo para que me devuelvan el dinero de la supuesta guía, pudimos subir de casualidad y perdimos dos haciendo fila. Un desastre. No lo recomiendo.abandonan los pasajeros y encima por teléfono se hacen los desentendidos y se ofenden por el reclamo.muy mal trato muy mal servicio

Una estafa, visita a la torre por libre sin ninguna explicación y luego 3 horas tiempo libre. El recorrido con bus y tablets audiovisuales , todas sin baterias, se apagan a los 5 minutos de empezar, nadie explica nada , un simple recorrido en atobus . Luego te dan un ticket para el barco y ya te espabilaras. Muy caro para un servicio NULO y PESIMO

11 août 2021: nous avons retenu par internet sur le site "Musement" deux billets pour accéder au sommet de la Tour Eiffel pour 138 euros avec accompagnateur et audio guides !!! Enorme difficulté pour récupérer nos billets au pied du pont d'Iéna (pas d'indication, aucun repère...). Après un passage au service information de la Tour Eiffel que nous remercions vigoureusement et plusieurs coups de téléphone nous avons compris qu'il y avait un nouvel intermédiaire Paris City Vision. Une heure plus tard par rapport à notre RV initial les billets d'une valeur de 26.10x2 soit 52.20 € nous ont ont été remis par une personne armé d'un petit drapeau portant le sigle de ce prestataire. Il ne nous a pas accompagnés et ne nous a pas remis d'audio-guides !!! Cette prestation de simple remise des billets nous a donc coûté plus de 80 €. HONTEUX !!! Réserver directement à la tour Eiffet et éviter ABSOLUMENT cette société....

Eu comprei o ingresso pela internet, mas precisava trocar na agência antes. Eu comprei o ingresso errado na internet, comprei apenas até o segundo piso. Mas o erro foi meu e só percebi lá na Torre. Daí não tinha como sair e comprar outro sem filas. Mas a agência foi muito legal, atendentes que falam português. O guia levou nosso grupo a pé até a torre já que é muito perto e lá nos levaram até o elevador sem fila, nos orientou nas 3 revistas que passamos e depois nos deixou no elevador. Podemos baixar um aplicativo da agência no celular e tem um áudio fui de disponível através de nosso telefone. Já usei a mesma agência outras vezes, gosto muito. Recomendo.
