The surf school is located 200 meters from the beach with free parking nearby. A surf lesson lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes, including one hour spent in the water. From the time of the appointment, it takes 20 minutes to change and go to the surf spot. Then, for a start, we always do a warm-up of about 10 minutes which allows to prepare the body for the effort and thus to be able to optimize its performances and to prevent possible injuries. For the first session, information about the origin of the surfing, the manufacture of the boards, the different parts of the material to use and the safety rules will be given to you. For those who have successfully completed the recovery stage, tips and exercises to evolve in practice will be given to them. After, it's 1 hour of practice in the water and 15 min to go to the shower, return to surf school, tidy the equipment and change.
