Experience a shore excursion from your cruise ships arrival into the Port of Suva on this full-day Fijian cultural adventure on the Navua River. You will be introduced to a slice of Fijis best scenery very little people have seen. Your day will include an exhilarating jet boat ride up the Navua River. A magical waterfall swim at Navua Rivers biggest waterfall. Inflatable rafting, a village visit with a visit to a fruit and vegetable farm and finally a Fijian style Barbeque lunch.

    After being picked up from your cruise ships arrival at the Port of Suva, you'll travel to the adventure capital district of Fiji, Pacific Harbour Navua. Upon arrival at the river base departure point in Navua Town, a safety briefing will be conducted to ensure that everyone is aware of the rules and regulations. Life Jackets are compulsory and available for adults, children and infants. Jet boats are custom built designed to run on very shallow water. They are well maintained and meet all Fiji Marine Safety Requirements.

    You will experience a unique and breathtaking ride through dramatic and spectacular gorges. Experiencing firsthand a jet boating adventure with white-water thrills on Fiji's most scenic rivers, travelling past villages and farms to the waterfalls.

    Take a magical swim in Navua River's biggest waterfall, accommodating up to 100 people. It is located approximately 1-hour up the river. You will take a 5-minute walk, into the wilderness to get to the first pool. For the more adventurous, the guides are there to help you to get to the bigger waterfalls. Your tour company has the sole right from native owners to use these waterfalls.

    This tour has been designed for everyone including everything an adventure seeker could ever want. You have the option to hop onto the inflatable rafts and join the experienced guides for some inflatable rafting downriver. The jet boats will pick you up later on the way for your trip to the village.

    Following the rafting, visit a Fijian village and learn firsthand about native root crops, vegetables and spices, herbal medicines, the kava plant and flowers. Tuck into the Fijian style barbeque lunch of chicken, fish and salads. After lunch you will board your bus back to your cruise ship at the Port of Suva.

      This was an excellent excursion..Our guide William was the best, very funny and made our day extremely fun!!!
      Our driver was very experienced and made sure we were safe at all times.We went fast on the river, passing other slow tourist along the river and waving. Our group of 11 had the best time ever, compared to others who took the ship excursion. The swim at the waterfalls was refreshing, and the lunch was great food..A day trip not to be missed!!!!

      This tour was fantastic fun. We were on cruise and the company picked us up and dropped off at dock, with plenty of time to spare . Jet boat was fun , rafting was fun , swimming was great both in river and at falls. Lunch was really nice , village visit great, people absolutely lovely and organised

      My adventure started when I got off the boat and was met by a friendly smilling face,wearing a red hat waving a red flag.I arrived at the river after a very imformative and amusing bus ride.The trip up the river with William driving the jet boat,Bali and Jame as our guides made the day the highlight of the cruise,i lost count of all the waterfalls along the river and the scenery along the river was amazing,our trip up the river was very exciting with William driving the jet boat with lots of flair,we rod the rapids back down the river in our raft to the steps going to the water fall wow what a sight the swimming was great.The lunch at the village and the singing and cava ceremony was very good and they made sure we were back at the boat in plenty of time.So glad I booked this shore excursion with both Fiji Rivers Adventure and Viator both were very professional.

      This experience was definitely a highlight of our trip. We were on a Cruise Ship and were met promptly at the dock upon disembarking. Upon arrival, while all of the other tour people were boarding the long boats which we had done before we a party of 3 were majestically whisked off onto our own private jet boat for a trip up the river. Despite the terrible rain it didn't reduce our spirits or the experience. We were provided with lifejackets, rain jackets with hoods, and plastic bags for our belongings. The scenery is beautiful, with lots of greenery and waterfalls all the way up the river. The tour also included a inflatable raft float up to a waterfall in the mountains, where we swam in the icy waters which was rather refreshing!. The waterfall was just incredible. Back on the jet boat in a rare spot of sunshine up to a tiny village for lunch and some tribal dancing and kava tasting - we hadn't expected so much from the tour and we were very surprised and pleased. There was way too much food and lots of laughter, followed by a tiny spot of shopping for trinkets from the ladies of the village and very reasonably priced compared to other places in Fiji. It was a full day and we were exhausted and very happy when we returned to the cruise ship with plenty of time. Highly recommend this to anyone who would like to step up their travels with a little adventure!

      We had an amazing time , this was the highlight of our trip, Bali our guide was very professional and a joy to be around. We were not rushed, swimming in the waterfalls was great, jetboat was smooth, lunch serverved at the village was enjoyable with loads of choice. Would use this company again.

      Had a fantastic time with the Discover Fiji Team in Suva. The people and the tour were great and we felt welcomed and safe. The jet boat ride was a lot if fun and the waterfall was spectacular. Lunch at the village and bring an honorary chief for the karva ceremony was great. Highly recommended the tour
