Swim with the sharks with the original North Shore shark boat crew. Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience as you swim freely (no cage) in the deep blue ocean with sharks and other pelagic creatures.Itinerary:
Our cage-free experience allows you to SAFELY swim with sharks in their natural environment. You will walk away with a new perspective and appreciation for these beautiful creatures. Photos and Videos are included for free! We're a family owned and operated company rooted in Haleiwa, Hawai'i on the North Shore of O'ahu. On your trip, we'll be headed three miles off the coast of Hale'iwa to a location that's been in our family for generations, which is about 300 feet deep. A safety diver will escort you into the water where you will be able to safely watch as well as swim with the sharks, and other pelagic creatures. While swimming in the open ocean with sharks and other pelagic creatures, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the ocean and its inhabitants - disposing of the irrational fears and misconceptions of sharks and other ocean creatures. This is a "cage-free" experience where we will be free swimming with sharks for about 30 minutes. No heavy equipment is used. Just us with snorkel gear - so we keep the experience as natural as possible.

The best experience of my life!!! Not only did we see so many sharks that swam right up to us, but we got the rare opportunity to swim with a pod of dolphins passing through! The crew was amazing, helpful, friendly, and so cool!!

Highly recommend this adventure! The guys were great! They made the experience so fun, funny and relaxed. It’s a smaller group tour than a lot of the other tours nearby, so more intimate and fun. It’s obvious they really care about the sharks and their safety as well 💙

Did surfing lessons, 2 tank dive, and snorkeling with sharks. All were great, but this was the best experience by far! Saw 2 Galapagos and 1 Sandbar sharks. The Galapagos got real close. Within arms length. The guys running the tour were knowledgeable and just a blast to hang with. They treated everyone like we were part of the family. If you only can do one thing while on Oahu this should be the excursion you choose. It was so cool I had to get my first tattoo to remember the experience with my boys.

This was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend this tour. The Islandview Crew explained how to interact with the sharks and alleviated everyone’s fears. They were funny and engaging and very knowledgeable about the sharks. We saw several sandbar and galapagos sharks that swam within meters of us. They were just chilling and checking everyone out, none were aggressive, it’s really a very safe experience. About 30 minutes of actual swim time with the sharks. Safe activity for the whole family. You do need to have some physical mobility to climb back up the ladder on the boat, but most people could participate in this activity (I’m pushing 50 and obese and had no issues with this tour). The crew took photos and videos and airdropped them to all participants (for free!) at the end of the tour. I would 100% recommend this tour and will bring my family back to do it again.

We had such a great time and the guides treated you like family. I loved hearing about the history of the family owned company and why this site is so special to them. Actually seeing and swimming with the sharks was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it and promise all your fears will go away once you are in the water.
