I was booked for this trip on this trip. When the driver arrived, my wife was in the bathroom. I asked him to please wait a few minutes but he was extremely rude and just drove off. It was shocking and disappointing. The doorman was also surprised as this s Is far from the customer service we’ve experience throughout the rest of Milan. At their office we were able to reschedule but at the cost of 40 euros. Additionally the taxi rides back and forth from the hotel to reschedule was something we also had to add to our trip. When we did reschedule we were told to meet them at a certain point as hotel pick up was not offered. The trip itself was fine. Our guide anna was pleasant and knowledgeable but the experience leading up to it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. The train is also a normal train and not the panoramic one. Would advise the experience but perhaps with a different company.

Views were great. Tour guide was ok. Maybe a little too much talking on the bus but the train was great. Great views

Wonderful tour, highly recommended! We were mind blown by the sites - between the glacier and St Moritz everything was fantastic. Surpassed our expectations. A special shout-out to our guide Monica, she truly made our day! Very insightful, a true professional and so funny and witty - what a gem! Thank you. Highlight of our trip.

Beautiful scenery. However, I did not realize we were taking a bus to St Mortz time for lunch only and then the train to Torino only time for gelato and then bus back to Milano again. I expected to see more of the Alps. That was Frustrating.

Hours on a hot bus is not my idea of a vacation. Air conditioned buses are expected to be comfortable. This was not! Very poor description of how the transportation works and approximately what time it would be over

We booked the Swipp Alps Bernina Train Tour and the advertisement had a picture of the Bernina Train, instead we were put on a commuter train with no panoramic windows and this train would stop in the towns. Also, the Bernina train passed us and it would stop for the people to take pictures and in the train we were in we were not allowed to do that. In addition, the tours states a visit to the Madonna of Tirano church and we did not go there. It was deceiving to the customer and we complained to the tour guide and nothing was done about it.
