The Swiss Alps is beautiful. The ice castle was so fun going through. Everything was great, from the train ride, cable car ride up to the mountain, going through the ice castle, being up as high as the snow on the mountain to meeting people was great. I'll never forget it & so glad my son & I went on this trip. The tour guides did a great job & the bus driver also. What a great time it was!!!

Adela and the driver Tossey were fantastic. Weather was not what I was hoping for at the top of the Sphinx Observatory. But that is the way it goes with weather. I mentioned I could rebook in September. Didn’t feel like that was an option.

Excursion was extremely well organized, and the staff was friendly, and professional. This is a must do excursion if you are in the area. They made it fun and easy! Jorge was a fantastic guide. Highly recommended tour.

Fantastic tour! The guides (Derwen and Dan) were so lovely. Good information and really nice people. We had 1 hour in Interlaken and that was the right amount to see the town and get a croissant. We didn't need more time and you don't want more because you want to spend it up the mountain. (I would have even been okay with 30 mins to have more time on the mountain.) If you want to get to do everything, skip lunch or bring snacks. (I was told the food wasn't that good so apparently you're not missing much anyway.) I did the zip line which was so much fun and was able to see the Ice Palace, Alpine Sensation (it's really just a short walk that gets you to the ice palace), the Sphinx which provide the unreal views, and got to walk in the snow. If you don't want to zip line, you can go tubing, sledding, take a long snow walk...or use that time to eat. I would have loved a little more time at the top of the mountain but I think some of it is related to train timing, etc. The train and gondola views are spectacular and worth the trip just for those. Plus, you get to see the valley and mountains that apparently inspired Tolkien and some of Lord of the Rings. Definitely take this tour!

We had an amazing time. Our tour guide, Patrick, was the best. He gave us an incredible amount of information about Switzerland and more.

Amazing scenery and awe inspiring views. Cog railroad train and gondola added to the experience. Memorable.

Weather was beautiful, wonderful experience worth the money. Id check the weather at least 24 hours a head of time. If it looks rainy I would cancel, I think it would be disappointing if weather bad. Stop at Interlaken is basically a toilet break do not expect anything more.

The view of the landscapes is amazing. This trip is worth the price. All the attention is quite nice and the transportation is quite comfortable. I'll make it again with more family for sure.

Guide was great! Very informative and kept the group organized and on schedule. This was a long day but worth it! I saw snow in August, who would have thought 🤔 Definitely glad I had a coat because it was cold!!!!
