  • Seeing we only had a short visit in Sydney before our cruise, we wanted to see as much as we could. The bus gave us a perfect chance to get an overview of this wonderful city. We used the harbor cruise pass to go to Manly Beach, the Zoo, Circular Quay, the Aquarium, the Opera House, and just to do some sightseeing. What a great time we had! Worth every penny!

  • We got the 48hr deal where you can do the Sydney Harbour Cruise along with the HOHO bus. Highly recommended, it’s a super easy nice way to see the city and take great harbor views. We just did the “blue” cruise takes you around to the most stops. Just cruising, the whole trip was an hour. We didn’t get off. We started @ Circular Quay, where we picked up the tickets. The paper they gave us with the times on it, wasn’t clear when/how to get to Darling Harbour. So we asked the attendant on the blue line, you have to get on the line called “Master Steps”, would have never known that by the information sheet.

  • The harbor cruise was beautiful. what we did not realize was that the harbor cruise was for the first 24 hours and the bus was for the next 24 hours. so we got on the ferry at 9:30 am and visited Manly, Watson's and circular quay. Then we got off and got the bus at 3:30 to find out we could only use the bus until 3:30 the next day. I thought we had access for the remainder of the 48 hours. I did not understand how the 2-day hop on hop off worked, so we were a little disappointed about that. It was not clearly explained.
But the bus and cruise are the way to go. All of the tour operators were very nice. and the guided tout on the bus was excellent.

  • The tour was pretty good. I would add more stops back from the Bondi beach tour to make it more convenient.

  • If the truth be known there are better ways to see Sydney. You can purchase the equivalent of an Oyster card which can be used on the local buses, trams, trains and the ferries providing the opportunity to go to Manley and Bondi beach. Also free tours of the city lasting about 2.5 hours are offered from Hyde Park. The tour but bus 17 dollars to cove transport or Walking is more informative and allows you the opportunity to see things that are not part of the Hop onHop off bus tour. The 'free tour' is not really for as thy ask you to contribute whatever you feel the tour is worth as the guide is doing it for free. Whatever your thoughts are to this approach, I can guarantee you it is better value for money and much more enjoyable. Try it the free tour, there is nothing to lose!!

  • Good way to see many things in a short period of time. Best to plan your stops in advance and allot appropriate time for your excursion. Only draw back was a long hot wait with rain for a bus that was very delayed. Nonetheless it represents a good value.

  • Great to see Sydney!

  • A great tour - ferry and bus. A great way to see Sydney.
    Highly recommended.

  • The boat element was good but we ran out of time and couldn't do the bus element. Some signage in areas wasn't very clear so we had to ask the staff quite a lot of direction

  • Our hop- no- hop-off were just fine 5 stars would recommend. We did have A major problem with our pickup at airport with a sub contractor of Viator. Short story, the driver who picked us up at the airport party of 4 left one bag behind. When he was informed of this major problem he claimed he could not have forgotten a bag and drove off with other customers. My friends were forced to get a cab back to the airport, where lost bag was located in the very spot where we were picked up. This took about 3 hours of their time and 70 U S dollars. Several calls by our friends to the company accomplished NOTHING. And they were the couple who made our hotel.transportation arrangements.
