Contrary to what the title implies, this is NOT a direct transfer from hotels to the airport. Instead the transfer went from hotel to cruise port, then dropped people off at a hotel, then back roads to the airport. Trip took twice as long as expected with lots of swerving in traffic. VIATOR did not report pickup time. Contacted them and got an email stating pickup would be at 12:00 (flight departed at 11:50). Contacted the operator and he correctly reported the pickup time (07:50). Viator never responded with a correction.

This was simply a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The pickup was early, which was great and the drive was uneventful.

This was a shuttle from our hotel in Sydney to the airport. The ride was relatively short and uneventful. The driver dropped off the "domestic" travelers and then dropped us off at the international terminal with plenty of time to catch our flight home.
